With 2 bedrooms, it can comfortably sleep up to 2 families of 4, easily split between the upper and lower level with the main/deck level in between. Tons of family fun to be had: pool table, foosball, hot tub, games/toys, stocked kitchen, a deck and dock overlooking the pristine mountain lake and minutes to Branbury State Park's Beach. Nay's Lake House has mini split cooling and heating.

Summer playground! Hike, mountain/road bike, kayak, waterski, fish, swim...the list goes on. Lake Dunmore and the surrounding area is the ideal spot for the outdoor/active group. Though not a waterfront property, this cottage is positioned about 50 yards from the water. It is also right next to a boat access point for easy launch of your favorite watercraft. Step into nature and take it all in. You will rarely see a car pass this cottage!
