The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. Fazenda, a small estate on the shore of the Sóstói fishing lake in Siófok. With a private pool with a counter-current, massage section and neck shower. The fishing pier is about 7 m x 3 m, shared with the neighboring house. Lake Balaton is a 10-minute walk, 3 minutes by car. The shore is closed with a gate, as the pool can be closed to be completely safe for children. Barbecue, cauldron and covered terrace provide complete comfort. The whole family will feel good in this peaceful place.

Mystic7 Apartment is located in Siófok, on the Silver Coast. It is west-facing, overlooking the lake and only 100 meters from Lake Balaton. There is 1 free private parking space directly in front of the property and free electric car charging is available. Situated right next to the lake Balaton, we are 5 min walking distance from the popular Silver beach, wich is free of charge. 10 min from Kálmán Imre mall where you can enjoy many restaurants as well as other amusements. From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant.
