We are on a beautiful island, Heybeliada =) It’s 150 years old island house, Mansion of Hristo Nikolaidis, nicknamed with rooster. It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre of island by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly, calm. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿 (If you want rent for photo shooting, you need to ask for it and price.)

The house is in the heart of the island, is very close to the markets, the pier and the restaurants. you can reach the shore in 5 minutes and enjoy the view by walking, by riding a bike or by siply sitting at a cafe. Trekking in the forest is another opportunity.The windows, floors and the furnitures are wooden. The furnitures are custom-made. There are two, large balconies. One faces the road, the other one faces the garden. You can have a peaceful holiday by listening to the chirps of birds.

Our house,which is in the forest near the sea, is within 30 minutes distance from Bostancı and 1 hour from Besiktas/Kabatas/Eminonu by ferry. In the house, the only sound that break the silence are the chirping of birds and the whistle of ferries. In our island, where blue meets green, you can walk in the forest breathing fresh air, enjoy the sea and sun, hang out in the town centre, which is only 15 minutes walking distance, and work remotely with decent wifi connection.In winter,it has heater.
