Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Acworth

Visited the area for a LakePoint baseball tournament. The location was excellent and it met all our needs to downtime between games.

I highly recommend this airbnb! It was clean, comfy, and spacious. The neighborhood is great. The unit was well-decorated and had a peaceful, fenced backyard. We walked to the Battery for the Braves game and it was just over 1 mile.

Absolutely incredible property! My family and I had a fantastic time. The property was immaculate and there was everything we needed and more! The photographs do not do it justice, breath-taking views and added bonus of games in the garage were perfect. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you to Ashley and Brad for a memorable holiday, one we will cherish forever!

Our stay was amazing and the home was absolutely beautiful! We liked every detail and the pictures do not lie; from the cozy and spacious backyard, living room and kitchen. There's a small personal touch to everything. Our hosts were very quick to respond and caring. The Airbnb was close to nearly everything which made it even more convenient. We visited with family and we are definitely thinking of booking with Frederick and Jovanda again when we visit.

We arrived quite late in the evening and were pleasantly surprised by the home. It was very clean and nicely decorated. It was even nicer than the pictures! The beds were comfortable and they had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again! Candace kept in touch with us to check if we needed anything at all a few times I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a nice neighborhood and a beautiful home to stay in.

If you are considering this place - just book it now :) The house is great -- very clean and they provide more amenities than any other AirBnB we have used. The winery cafe at the bottom of the hill was so cute and we spent an afternoon having some wine, charcuterie and sandwiches which were all excellent. We didn't get the opportunity to use the fire pit area, but it looked nice. Personally, i would have loved one king size bed, but it isn't a deal breaker, just something to make it absolutely perfect for us. The check out process was fairly simple and didn't require too much before we left - less than most we have stayed at. Location was great for us -- on a quiet street but close to downtown Dallas as well. We have family in the area, and will likely stay again if the guest house is available. I have also recommended the Three Strands cafe to the family in the area.

Second time in the lovely apparement of Debra and Denis. I enjoyed every moment ! The location is perfect, in the middle of a park, with the city centre easily accessible by bike. The neighborhood is amazing with a grocery and restaurants close by. Debra and Denis care for you feeling at home. A must!

The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and communication effortless. I especially appreciated the late check-out accommodation, which made my trip even smoother. The apartment was just as pictured in the photos. It was very clean and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There were lots of stores, shops, and restaurants within minutes. Kay was a great host. I had no reason to contact her because she left detailed instructions for everything! I was also pleasantly surprised that there were snacks, water, and even little bottles of wine. Unfortunately, I had to work while I was there, but the desk and chair were comfortable and I had no WIFI issues. The bed was also extremely comfortable and there were several options (air conditioner, fans, heaters) available to control the temperature of the rooms. I will definitely come back.

Lovely place, very quiet, convenient to everything we needed.

This is an incredible place to stay. It has a massive private porch that overlooks the intersection of two local streets. It was simply mesmerizing to sit at night and watch the cars and people walking. The house is super clean and updated with a modern feel yet maintaining the historic values of the house. We originally thought we may share the porch with neighbors but nope, it’s all private to this house. Beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this house.

The location and view were incredible! The townhouse was very comfortable, beds were comfortable, most amenities were provided. We were there for a wedding, so we did not get to enjoy the water, but it seemed to be very accessible and kayaks were available if we had had the time. All in all, just what we were looking for!

This home was perfect for our multi generational family trip to the Atlanta area. The home is in a very high end and beautiful neighborhood of expensive homes. Rod had clear instructions for our arrival and the home was very clean. The furniture was comfortable and there were enough seating spots for our large group. We were very very satisfied with our stay and strongly recommend Rods place to anyone.

LaTanga was great, very responsive and friendly. Place was very clean and representative of the pictures. Just a beautiful place and location. Lots do go - there is golf, the lake (boat or swim) a restaurant, two pools and tennis/pickle ball. If you are traveling far - bring golf clubs, they do not rent!

The Villa was located in a beautiful, gated community with lots to do: hiking, swimming, tennis, golf, pickle ball, etc. The decor upstairs was fun travel memorabilia, and downstairs in the bedrooms, it was serene and relaxing. The Villa was very comfy, and we felt right at home!

We will definitely book Tunde home again. The kids loved the pool, movie theater and game room. Guest who came by loved the house as well. It was enough space for everyone. The house was great and everyone loved it.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Conyers, Georgia while in town for my son’s wedding. Several family members stayed together, and the house had more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The kids especially loved the pool and had a great time fishing in the pond. The peaceful, scenic setting provided the perfect backdrop for some relaxation between wedding events. There was plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, and we appreciated how close the property was to shopping and how easy it was to get to the airport. Jorge was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay, which made everything go smoothly. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious and serene place to gather with family or friends.

Modern, CLEAN, and in a safe neighborhood. Hosts were very responsive with any issues, and it was very up-scale. Great option for a family.
