Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will find peace and quiet here, the beautiful countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Saperlipopette Maisonette

This simple but cozy gîte is located in the heart of the Morvan, where you are surrounded by nature. From the garden, you can look out over the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.) there is a bakery where you can get delicious fresh bread and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddle board. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge in the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

Welcome to the gates of Morvan... on the way to Saint-Jacques de Compostelle, a typical "Bourguignon" village in the heart of the Vézelay hills and its basilica. 3 km away, Saint-Fère, with its listed church and craft activities: Organic oil mill wood turner, pottery, art glassware upholsterer "Vézélay beer" brewery. + (tobacco, convenience store, butcher, coffee). Gîte de l'orée du bois (Wood's Edge Cottage)

Cottage in the town of Montapas, at the gates of Morvan. At the edge of two ponds (swimming with MNS and fishing), you can enjoy the calm of the countryside. Nature, hiking and cycling lovers will thrive. Nearby, Chatillon-en-Bazois will welcome you for its shops and its castle surrounded by the Nivernais Canal. 30 minutes from Morvan, with its lakes and rivers. For food lovers, you can visit the cellars of the Loire Valley in 45 minutes (Sancerre/Pouilly).

Apartment in the countryside

It is at the pavement of the Chateau de Mimont on the side of Mont that we offer an original apartment (independent entrance) with its exceptional view, all in a wooded park with rare species and a forest of several hectares. The accommodation is functional, fully equipped, ideal for a green weekend or a nice place that changes from the hotel to work hiking, tennis, ping-pong, swimming (note: unheated pools and therefore closed from September to April)

Old farmhouse gîte "La Chevêche"

Newly restored independent farmhouse surrounded by a fenced outdoor garden. * Outdoor amenities: - a 50 m² terrace, - garden furniture, - a table (10 people), - a pergola, - a barbecue/grill, - aromatic plants. * Interior amenities: - a large living/dining room, - a library area that can be converted into a bedroom, - an equipped kitchen - two bedrooms, - a bathroom (shower + bathtub), - a separate toilet. Pets allowed under certain conditions.

The Goldfinch's Nest

The Goldfinch's nest is conveniently located near the Baye and Vaux Ponds (500 m walk) and the Nivernais Canal. It is also in close proximity to multiple outdoor activities. Small view of the pond. At the gates of Morvan and many tourist sites (medieval site of Guédelon, Vézelay, the vineyards of Tannay and Pouilly, archaeological site of Compierre...) this accommodation will make a good base to discover the region. Perfect for nature lovers!

Cozy cottage by the water

Come and relax in our waterfront home. Very quiet setting near the Merle, Baye and Vaux ponds as well as the Canal du Nivernais and the Morvan Regional Park where all kinds of activities are available to you such as fishing, water sports, swimming, hiking or biking. The proximity of the Pond means we do not recommend this rental for families with young children. Please note, we do not provide linens (sheets, towels...).

Quiet rural stay. Le Balcon du Morvan

A cozy quiet place to relax and refuel from today's busy life. We have converted the front house of our farm into an authentic gîte with all the comforts. There is plenty to do in the nearby area. Walks in nature (Grande Randonee) or old towns. Lakes and rivers. Wine routes and good food. Rent bicycles or canoes. Churches (Basilica of Vezelay) and Castles. Or relax reading a book on your terrace with great views.

Bright Tiny House

Enjoy the light due to the big windows. The house offers a moment of peace. With a stroll through the woods and fields of the Morvan, and the benefits of Lake Pannecière. Visit Bibracte and the museum of Vercingétorix, the peaks of the Haut Folin, and the springs of the Yonne. The guests take care of the house, bring their own bedding and do the cleaning themselves. Comfortable cabin for a stay surrounded by nature.

Perfect for a completely disconnected stay or teleworking: a comfortable cabin with stunning views of the Nièvre landscapes. Built in the spring of 2020 with local, new and quality materials to enjoy this beautiful place all four seasons of the year. This small house is 24 m2 inside and has a 15 m2 covered terrace. It is located in complete tranquility away from the road with very little traffic.

Haut Folin Wooden Cottage

On the mountain Haut Folin, on the edge of the forest, there is a wooden cottage... Our chalet is stylishly furnished and offers all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. The equipped terrace with panoramic views of the natural surroundings give you the feeling of freedom and space. It is a paradise for hikers, cyclists and peace seekers where every season has its assets.
