The intermittent lake Ledine, 100 m from the apartments, freezes in winter and becomes a real paradise for skaters. The linden tree in front of the apartment house is already 90 years old and offers socializing to the guests of the apartments.

It is a short walk from the center of the village and is a strategic starting point for the naturalistic and historical excursions that Val Saisera offers. In the village, there is a grocery store for basic necessities, a few hundred meters from the house. A supermarket is 4 kilometers towards Tarvisio. One km from Valbruna are the accesses to the AlpeAdria cycle path.
