Vacation rentals with a patio in Acharnes

Evangelia est une super hôte accueillante, réactive et arrangeante. Nous avons pu laisser notre valise plus tôt que prévu afin de nous balader dans la ville en attendant le nettoyage du logement. Les instructions laissées étaient claires, et le logement était impeccable et très fonctionnel. Nous avons adoré l’emplacement, proche d’une place très conviviale et de tous les commerces (petits marchés, restaurants, bars…) Nous recommandons très vivement Evangelia et nous la remercions pour tout! Si nous devons revenir, nous reprendrons contact avec elle en priorité 😃 Nathan et Morgane

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed in a great location.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment with plenty of space. Very comfortable and Spyros was very easy to communicate with.

Μείναμε οικογενειακώς (2 ενήλικοι και 2 παιδιά) στο διαμέρισμα κάνοντας χρήση και του καναπέ που μετατρέπεται σε άνετο διπλό κρεβάτι. Η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ άνετη. Το σπίτι ήταν πραγματικά πεντακάθαρο, ησυχο και είχε ό,τι χρειάζεσαι για τη διαμονή σου. Η αυλή ήταν ό,τι πρέπει για να παίζουν και λίγο έξω τα παιδιά. Το ότι μπορούσαμε να παρκάρουμε ακριβώς δίπλα ήταν επίσης πολύ βολικό. Ο Αντρέας ήταν πολύ άμεσος στην επικοινωνία και εξυπηρετικοτατος. Η εμπειρία μας συνολικά ήταν άψογη!

Where can I even start? Ioannis was absolutely amazing! Helped with everything. Couldn’t ask for a better host! His place is stunning, modern and with a lovely balcony ideal to spend chill evenings at. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. I would definitely stay here next time I’m in Athens because the location is truly great. Two minute walk to Lidl and like two minutes more to get to train station with two lines of trains. There are lovely and affordable restaurants in walkable distance. Truly everything you could ever want out of a AirBnb.

Τέλειο διαμέρισμα πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο η γειτονιά έχει τα πάντα από ποτό και φαγητό το συνιστώ!

Beautiful apartment in a very trendy part of Athens. Can’t recommend this place enough, will definitely be back

Πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα και μέσα το διαμέρισμα και έξω ο περιβάλλων χώρος. Πολύ όμορφος κήπος, πολύ περιποιημένος. Φιλικός και άμεσος ο οικοδεσπότης, ήταν εκεί για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε με καλοπροαίρετη διάθεση. Όλοι όσοι προσφέρουν υπηρεσίες στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξυπηρετικοί. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ βολική για οποιαδήποτε δραστηριότητα, εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, σε μουσεία, πολιτιστικούς χώρους, χώρους ψυχαγωγίας, εστιατόρια Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα του Μάριου. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

Клара беше мила и приветлива. Изчака ни търпеливо, въпреки че ние малко закъсняхме. Беше ни подготвила малка почерпка за добре дошли. Къщата имаше всичко необходимо за спокоен престой. Квартала беше тих и спокоен, но много комуникативен с автобуси, трамваи и метро. Беше лесно и бързо да се придвижим до центъра, основни атракции и плажовете. В близост имаше магазинчета, супермаркети и ресторанти, така че нищо не ни липсваше.

Thank you Ioannis, this was my first visit to Athens and I had everything I could wish for. A small flat which was a great place to be alone in, and a base for excursions. And it was cool in style and temperature!

Η καλύτερη φιλοξενία που έχω δεχτεί ποτέ από την Airbnb! Ο χώρος πανέμορφος και ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενέστατος και εξυπηρετικός!

This place was amazing! Self check-in & check out were seamless, and the host provided very clear and easy instructions. The host also set us up with a driver from the ferry port and to the airport for our travel days, which was very convenient for a big group of us. The rooms and the whole place were beautiful and even better than the photos! We only stayed for one night, it was a group of 9 of us, and it was so spacious. We would have loved to stay longer just because of the place! A lot of markets and cafes are a walk away, and taxis (ubers) are super easy to get if you want to go to other areas. The host was extremely responsive and helped when the AC units went out for a couple of minutes, helping and fixing the issue right away. Everything was amazing and we wish we were able to stay longer!!

Short stay but great stay! so beautiful cant wait to come back Very responsive host and so helpful even organised milk for my son which i really appreciate :)

Alex was extremely helpful.. the place was nice and clean, the AC is good, the hot water was perfect. Coffee shop downstairs, Close to the Metro station, and 6 minutes walking to a super market. Very comfortable stay.

Si estás por reservar, no lo dudes más, reserva y quedate en este apartamento, la ubicación es excelente, la vista de ensueño, lastima que vas a querer quedarte mucho tiempo en el apartamento y no vas a querer salir a pasear por las calles de Atenas. Sin duda no exagero la vista de día es hermosa, pero de noche vas a sorprender. Si estás por tomar la decisión no dudes más y reserva con John. Sino lo haces te vas arrepentir, haceme caso, reserva ya y disfruta de una vista única.

Fabulous stay for 3 couples. Amazing views, walkable to everything, awesome back porch for late night drinks. GREAT host!

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

I can't imagine a better place to stay than this apartment in Athens! We will definitely stay again when we are in Athens. It beautifully designed, has all the amenities you need and then some and has the most beautiful balcony with a view of the Acropolis. Plus the host is so kind, helpful and responsive!! We are a family of 4 and it was perfect.

Αυτο που με ενθουσίασε περισσότερο ήταν πως το διαμέρισμα ηταν καθαρό. Θα ξανα πάμε σιγουρα.. Επίσης, ο οικοδεσπότης πολυ ευγενικός και πρόθυμος. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!! Σας το συστήνω!!

I dont have the words to describe how good was our stay at Logothetis place. We just loved everthing. The aparment was quiet, beautiful, spacious and tidy. We came with our 3 month old baby and it was very comfortable. The neighbourhood was so nice and relaxing and above all Logothetis was so kind and helped us with everything we needed. This place was perfect. cant wait to come back. Thank you Logothetis!

Διαμέρισμα πλήρως εξοπλισμένο σε ήσυχη συνοικία δίπλα σε όμορφο πάρκο. Υπάρχουν καταστήματα σε κοντινή απόσταση για τα βασικά ψώνια και ο σταθμός μέτρο Εθνική Άμυνα βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 15 λεπτών με τα πόδια. Φιλοξενούνται άνετα τρία άτομα. Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός.
