L'appartement est situé à cheval entre l'Accor Arena (accès royal, moins de 5 mins à pied :) et "Bercy Village". Il vient d'être entièrement rénové et décoré avec goût :) Il est situé au RDC mais donne sur la cours/jardin de l'immeuble (très calme et sans vis à vis). Entrée autonome facile. La station de métro "Bercy" est au bout de la rue (linge 6 et 14, idéal pour rayonner dans la ville) et la Gare de Lyon à proximité (10 mins à pied) Les "frais de ménage" comprennent le linge de maison.

Refurbished studio, warm, comfortable, sofa bed , kitchenette, bathroom with shower, Wifi with fiber, unobstructed view on the 8th floor. Deep cleaning. Ideal location 2 minutes from line 14 and line C: Bibliothèque François Mitterrand station, close to the BNF, Tolbiac bridge. Velib and autolib station downstairs from the building.
