I have to say that Brian’s place was the most secluded cabin that we have ever stayed at and that the surroundings were beautiful. Very much enjoyed sitting out front on the porch and at the fire pit watching the deer and turkey walking right by without a care in the world. The cabin was clean and everything was in place. As mentioned in the description the road getting in and out is rough but you do get to enjoy the wildlife on the journey. If we head to Deep Creek again we will be looking to rebook.

Feel like we were happy to find this place before it sparks tons of interest on a travel blog. Place was previously ran by other owners and they were transitioning so not a lot was open but we were just passing through for the night looking for a resting spot and it was quiet and peaceful. Beautiful views of the river off the back porch through the sliding doors with floor to ceiling windows. We were with our dogs and there were a ton of trials to walk and explore. Couldn’t believe we found this charming town. Completely updated with high-end finishes and linens. Also, 45 minutes from Flight 93 Memorial, which is a must see.

This place is magical! We could hear the small falls we were able to hike to from the treehouse! Toney even provided walking sticks- use them. Each morning we woke to birds and squirrel playing outside the windows- so many windows! In the middle of the night I watched at least 3 flying squirrel at the bird feeders while lying in bed- I watched for over an hour! The treehouse itself is a work of art and ingenuity. Toney has thought of everything! It is comfortable and peaceful! Toney has given people a gift that not just anyone might appreciate! It is special, it is unique, it is an experience and it is magical! We had but just arrived when I knew I wanted to come back! I want to see it in other seasons! My adult daughter slept in a Hammock on the highest platform the first night, there is a hot shower wet bath, stove for cooking, a black stone griddle outside and solar/battery power for lights etc. I am so glad Toney doesn’t want this place commercialized!

We were very pleased with this condo and the hosts. The appliances, dishes, cookware, bedding, towels, decor, furniture and little balcony were all top notch. They even provided snacks, k-cups, and specialty teas for us. The s’more kit was a neat welcome too. There were even high end shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided for us. An added bonus was that the condo was on ground level ~no stairs~! This made access easy for our littles. It was perfect for our little family. We had an issue with the fob for the pool gate and they were quick to resolve the issue. We spent a lot of time out on the balcony. The chairs were super comfy and they even provided a candle that added to the ambience of being outside. This is the best Airbnb I have stayed at. The hosts get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. We will definitely book with them again in the future and highly recommend Jason and Sarah and their beautiful little condo.

Blue moon rising was nothing short of amazing. I couldn’t recommend it enough. It was peaceful and beautiful. Exactly what we were looking for!

Beautiful, very clean and comfortable second floor apartment. Rachel was friendly and responsive, easy to communicate with. Great place to stay to explore Meyersdale and Somerset County. We used this as our home base to ride east and west on the GAP trail. Large rooms, comfy furniture and bed. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Bike shed was a nice place to store our bikes. Hint: take a look out the back window at the yard to get your bearings before searching for the bike shed. Shed is at the rear of the house, directly under the back porch.

Wonderful stay all around! Incredibly peaceful setting, immaculately clean house, and a wonderfully responsive host! Hope to be back soon!

Loved staying at Michelle and Tony’s cabin! A great rural getaway with all the amenities of and modern conveniences one could hope for. Spectacular views, quiet/private location. Great yard in which to roam and play. The cabin itself is super-clean, comfy bedding and linens. Plenty of A/C (or windows if you choose). Fast wifi, plentiful hot water (and clean - no sulfur odor is always a plus!), multiple smart tvs if you want. Well-stocked, modern kitchen including filtered ice/water dispenser in fridge - no need to haul jugs from the store. 2-in-1 coffee maker incl coffee and all the fixins. Personal touches abound. Fun stuff outside, incl yard games. These are very thoughtful hosts who are friendly and responsive, they provide a great guidebook which includes lots of recommendations for area eateries. (Definitely recommend a visit to Screech Owl.) Would totally recommend this stay!
