Charming apartment at the top of a quiet, peaceful villa, with a large and beautiful living room. You will find all the comforts with a cozy living room with an Android TV and a dining room for a family. 2 nice spacious and air-conditioned bedrooms with large comfortable beds, one with an extra sofa bed. A kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and a bathroom with a washing machine. It is located 5 minutes from the airport, a large shopping mall and 10 minutes from the beach.

New house (2016), with pool. Large terrace with unobstructed view and pool. Located 5 minutes' drive to the village of Gosier, 10 minutes to the beaches of Gosier and 20 minutes to Sainte Anne. You are also close to Basse-Terre. Ideally located to visit Basse-Terre or Grande-Terre as it is away from daily traffic jams!

Housing of 50m² located in Les Abymes very well located in Guadeloupe. Beaches are 10 minutes away by car. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility as there are stairs to access it. Housing located at the bottom of the villa with the entrance on the back of the house guaranteeing autonomy and independence.
