Boutique Design Loft in Fisherman's House

This typical fisherman's house, with 30m2, was rehabilitated in 2017, and now have: - Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, clothes and refrigerator, dining table and 2 chairs. - Living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, WI-FI. - WC with shower. - Mezzanine, with a access staircase, with double bed (160cmx180cm), writing desk and a charriot. Guests can access all areas except the storage area. Usually we will be present at the entrance and exit and available for any unforeseen situation. Stroll down to the water just a few steps away at the end of the road. Venture out and explore the neighbourhood filled with quaint houses, lovely restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Preferably walk as it your in the center of the village of Alcochete. Smoking is not allowed, nor bring pets. No parties or events allowed Children up to 1 year old for safety reasons, since there are no gates or doors on the stairs between the mezzanine / bedroom and the ground floor.

CARVALHAL VILLA - Paradise in the Serra de Montejunto

The house has beautiful views over the mountains to the sea. The pool was fantastic. Isabel was very easy to reach and was flexible with check-in and check-out. It's about 35-40 minutes. You can do a lot or just relax. It was also nice that there were two bathrooms. Everything was also available for barbecuing. We will be happy to come back.

Amazing house! One of the best we have stayed in. We stayed in off season so it was a lot cheaper.

lovely farm close to the city! Maria was very helpful. my friend and I stayed before our travels to the airport. the rooms were perfect, beds and bedding were really comfortable. everything we needed for our stay. would recommend and stay again

We had an amazing stay at Julia’s place! The view alone is worth the stay. It’s very quiet, comfortable and just up the street from old town. Great restaurants and coffee and beaches within walking distance. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Ericeira this is the place!

We really enjoyed spending the weekend in this house with a group of friends. The house has excellent conditions for large groups, with all the amenities that are needed. Ema was always very accessible and responsive! For the full experience, a few small details were missing in the game room (e.g. chalk for snooker, arrows). We also had difficulties with hot water for everyone, but it did not affect our experience. Everything went very well and we hope to return in the future with friends and family.
