Great for families, the cottage is integrated into our house but totally independent and offers quality services. In summer and winter, you will have quick access to the leisure and pleasures of Lake Geneva or the mountains: 10 min Evian (lake), 10 min ski resorts.

Set back 20 m from the road in a residential area. Transportation is a stone's throw away. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the house. Wi-Fi. No TV.

Ideally located whether in winter for the ski slopes or in summer for hikers we are 12 minutes from Saint Gervais les Bains, 20 minutes from Combloux, 25 minutes from Contamines Montjoie, Megève and Chamonix and 5 minutes from the Thermes de St Gervais Perfect for being quiet while being in the center of tourist spots and activities.

Many activities related to the mountains or Lake Geneva are nearby. Several ski resorts (cross-country or alpine) are nearby (between 20 minutes and 40 minutes by car). Many walks are accessible from the house. A 2-minute walk away, you will enjoy a magnificent view of the lake and the Jura.
