Just 2 km away is Las Chafiras, with several supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and the Bingo. The nearest beach is that of Médano and Los Abrigos which are about 6 km away.

The entrance door is on Calzada de Martianez, below the Hotel El Tope. The terrace of the penthouse is private and the apartment is accessed with a staircase of 16 steps.
