It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. There is a supermarket next to the apartment, open all day, so you will never miss anything for a pleasant stay. You will also find a variety of restaurants of all types of cuisine. Next to Las Galletas, walking next to the sea will be a comforting activity with many ideal spots to take pictures of the landscape. 15 minutes by car to Los Cristianos and South Airport.

The 45 m² space is excellently distributed to optimize space and is located on the fourth floor of the building (there is an elevator) with views of the Guaza mountain and the swimming pool. It is 5 minutes from the beach and a 10-minute drive from the tourist areas.

As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury.
