Set in the hills of Bucks enjoying arguably the finest views in the area is The Annex. The Annex is new for 2025, having been extensively refurbished to the highest standards. Guests will enjoy exclusive use of the annex with its private patio area and private hot tub. You will also benefit from private use of the swimming pool every other day of your stay. With a large living area, two ensuite bedrooms and well equipped kitchen The Annex is the perfect rural retreat for couples and families.

Oak Lodge

Take it easy at this unique, tranquil getaway in the serenity of the woodland on our 30 acre family farm in the Cotswolds. The lodge allows you to kick back and relax in comfort with nature on the doorstep, whilst being within walking distance of great local amenities in the Cotswold town of Lechlade on Thames. Enjoy the shops, cafes and pubs or take a stroll along the riverbank. Back at the farm maybe take time for a dip in the pool or walk the trackways to be greeted by our friendly animals

While secluded and peaceful, it’s within easy level walking distance of Henley-on-Thames and its famous stretch of river. The property is ideal for couples or up to 3 guests. In the summer our wonderful HEATED swimming pool is available to our guests. It is not always possible to have private access as it is used by our grandchildren but please ask.

Welcome to our spacious and comfortable home, perfect for families, groups, or business stays. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen, relax in the cosy living areas with TVs, and enjoy five bedrooms, four of which have their own TVs for private entertainment. Take a dip in the heated swimming pool (usually open from May to September), measuring 7.5m x 3.8m, with a shallow end of 3ft 8in sloping to a deeper end of 5ft 5in, maintained at a comfortable 27°C for year-round enjoyment.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.
