Luxury Vacation Home on the Vinkeveense Lakes

Lovely vacation home on the beautiful recreational park Buitenborgh on the water. Swimming, boating, paddle boarding, fishing and enjoying the sun is our motto. Amsterdam and other Randstad cities are easily accessible by car. Public transportation is a little further away, around 1 km walk/cycle is a bus stop and 4 km walk/cycle is a train station. Your own transportation is recommended and can be parked in Abcoude. Three bicycles are included with your stay. Close to Ziggo Dome, Amsterdam Arena (Ajax) and AFAS Live.

Welkom in ons "Tiny House" Buitenpost in Abcoude. Het gezellige huisje ligt in een uniek Hollands landschap, dichtbij Amsterdam. Natuurgenieters kunnen bij ons hun hart ophalen. Mondriaan heeft veel in deze omgeving geschilderd. Ons gastenverblijf voor twee personen staat achter het oude Tolhuis aan het Velterslaantje. Het is een zelfstandig huisje met eenvoudige keuken, woonkamer en badkamer met regendouche. Het huisje heeft vloerverwarming. Een houten trap leidt naar de slaapverdieping.

A wonderful private Studio on the ground floor. It has a spacious, light room with a double bed, a sofa and a (work)table. It has a private frontdoor, an entrance/hallway and a private bathroom. Enjoy the sun on the bench in the front garden. My wife and I live next-door: the connecting door is locked to guarantee privacy. An intimate and quiet street in the lively Amsterdam East. Within walking distance lots of trendy restaurants, shops, museums, parks, subway station, Railwaystation.

De lichte studio heeft een eigen ingang en is gelegen aan een kleine “Japanse” binnentuin. Als je de schuifdeur openzet zit je in de tuin. In de sfeervolle rustige kamer staat een queensize bed. In the summerhouse of our farm, which was built in 1865, and situated just 200m from the city border of Amsterdam you will find our holiday home. The house consists of 2 spacious bedrooms each with individual bath room, there is a living and a large kitchen. The folding doors brings you to the big private garden which gives you a panoramic view to the surrounding pastures with grazing sheep and cows. On the first floor you will find one open space for relaxing, dining and a fire place.

Our house is ideal to visit Amsterdam from for a long weekend or holiday. It's located in the old centre of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, with shops and supermarket just down the road. Nice restaurants and terraces on the river are around the corner. Ouderkerk aan de Amstel has many nice cycling routes in the area. Amsterdam is reachable with public transport (30 minutes), bicycle (40 minutes) or by car (15 minutes).
