A fully equip kitchen, large bathroom with 2 person shower, fantastic countryside views and an outdoor space, light the fire pit (wood not provided) for added ambiance and stargaze the autumn Skys from our hilltop location. 1 bedroom with a king size double plus 1 double sofa bed.

A private lakeside lodge with its own hot tub. A two-person, interior-designed studio space situated on edge of private lake. Hot tub, deck with Outdoor furniture, lounge area, a fully functional kitchen, shower, and a bedroom area with a handmade double bed and clothes rail, as well as all the modern cons. A luxury farm stay between Cotswolds and Stratford

Hailes is a beautifully converted barn on our farm. It has a large open plan kitchen living room, with under floor heating throughout. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed and a huge en suite shower room. The barn also has a large private garden, with outdoor seating and a fire pit to keep cosy whilst enjoying the sunset. We are ideally situated within a stones throw from the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon, whilst offering a rural escape.
