Our idyllic tiny house is located directly above the pond, which is accessible from the covered veranda. The newly built living area with kitchen, fireplace & a large sofa – which offers sleeping for an additional 2 people – is connected to the old bee house, where the bedroom & wood-fired sauna (20.00 per person) are located. In the middle of the natural & vegetable garden of the Spicher family lies this small oasis, surrounded by chickens in the old village center of the wine-growing village of Schinznach.

The pond cottage Cyprinus is located in the garden of Villa 28, a city villa in the garden town of Aarau. In 7 minutes you are on foot at the train station, in 3 minutes at the neighborhood shop. Dry toilet and sink can be found in the pond cottage Cyprinus. Parking zone D/E with parkingpay or with parking disc 3 hours free of charge. In Villa28 you can also book the Magnolia room with its own bathroom.

Take the whole family to this great home with plenty of room for fun and entertainment. Food: there are 3 great restaurants in the village (in the apartment "only" fridge & microwave;) 4m to the creek - great cooling in summer! There is a barbecue & fire pit on the meadow... Local recreation area on the Aare is within walking distance - spacious! ... or up into the forest...;)

1st floor room

The room is located in a cozy single-family house and is idyllically located on the outskirts of the village. It is very suitable for solo travelers or couples who have the 1st floor to themselves. There is a private toilet on the same floor, which only the guest uses. The bathroom with shower/ bath is located on the ground floor and is shared with the owner.
