The house is an old townhouse - completely restored in 2008. Located in the center of Dronninglund, close to shopping. There is a lovely courtyard with a covered terrace. There is plenty of beautiful nature in the area with forest, lake and only 7 km to the beach in Aså. The house is 169 sqm and on 2 floors. I have 2 cats and 10 chickens, which need to be looked after by the people staying in the house. The cats can run in and out of the house. The chickens just need to be let in and out. And then, of course, you just have to fill up with food for them if needed.

My home is suitable for a small family of 2 adults and 2 small children or 3 adults. There are two bedrooms, one with a 180 cm bed and one with a 120 cm bed on the 1st floor. There is a kitchen, living room, bathroom and a lovely terrace that opens up to the garden and a soccer goal.
