Newly built farm long at homestead

Our newly built farm long includes two similar holiday apartments. Each apartment has a small kitchen area, bathroom with shower, two beds, dining area and cozy corner. There is a TV and wifi. Possibility to rent a baby camping bed or extra guest bed for children. Each apartment has its own terrace with afternoon and evening sun and furniture. The farm is located in beautiful rural surroundings down to Alssund with its own forest and beach as well as the island's best fishing waters. Location 7 km from Sønderborg city centre and 1.5 km from the airport.

There is a super good sleeping sofa with luxury mattresses and there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven and ceramic hob. “De neem staj” is located at one end, of our lovely old house from 1877 in the town of Kliplev. It is a converted hair salon (73m2) and has in the past been smithy (æ smaj), where horse carriages and shoeed horses were taken care of by the ace. There is an entrance right from the road. Cozy decor, with kitchen and living room in one. Sleeps 4 in 2 rooms. Pets: Max 1 smaller dog allowed, for a fee. (Linens not provided) Home is perfectly located for passing through guests. Be awakened by the cockroach and watch the cows graze. 20 min to Åbenrå/Sønderborg. 30 min to Flensburg, Walking/hiking and biking in nature beautiful surroundings. Golf. Great opportunities for fishing. In January/February 2026, the living room will be slightly modified. The living room is divided into two rooms. A living room and a bedroom... The workspace is moved to the bedroom, and a bed is added.

Small annex with small kitchen, located about 800 meters from super beach/fishing and Ferry departure to Barsø. Several lovely beaches in the area, holiday center with pool and e.g. mini golf just around the corner. Forests and beautiful nature. 8 km to Large climbing park. 18 hole Golf course right across from the house. ½ hour to the German border. 10 km to Aabenraa. 3 km to shopping and pizzeria Pets are no longer allowed after 15/8 2021
