Smoking friendly vacation rentals in 9th arrondissement

This was a lovely place to stay! Super communicative hosts who made everything very easy. Had everything I needed. Very centrally located and easy to get in and out. Can be a bit loud as you are right on a main road.

We loved our stay at Bérangère's apartment — it was everything we needed and more! The place is full of charm and warmth, beautifully decorated with taste and personality. It’s not your typical impersonal rental — it feels like a real home, with unique thrifted pieces, artistic touches, and a sense of character throughout. Everything we needed was there, and we felt instantly comfortable, like we were visiting a friend’s home. The location is fantastic — very central, just a short walk from many attractions and well connected to public transport — yet the apartment is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. It’s the perfect balance. We’d absolutely recommend it and would love to return!

An incredible spot..absolutely top notch with a view of most of Paris beautiful touches in a sophisticated apartment. Location is great in a pleasant neighborhood with lively restaurants close transportation etc. Great friendly host too! Highly recommended!!!

Our stay at Arnaud's was great! It was easily accessible, just a couple blocks from the metro, and Arnaud was very communicative about check in and left great instructions on how to access the apartment. The space was clean and cozy, just as described. The full size bathtub was a very pleasant surprise and great bonus (as Americans we're not used to the small showers in Europe!) There were many great restaurants in close walking distance, and just a quick walk to Moulin Rouge, Sacre-Couer, and other great Montmarte attractions. Thanks to Arnaud for a lovely space, this was a perfect spot for our Paris stay!

A quiet, calming, and perfectly located flat, the space has a spacious living and dining area, a bedroom with an open-plan vanity and shower, a separate kitchen and separate toilet room. The washing machine and drying rack came in handy for workout clothes. The flat is in a great location and super walkable: we barely needed to use the Metro, which was close as well. The unit is in the middle/rear of the property, which meant quiet and serenity (and no street noise). Alexandre was a clear, communicative, and welcoming host. I appreciated his care and speedy replies! The local restaurants are great: Momola, Le Coucou, Papilles, and Le Potager de Charlotte. We’re vegetarians, and we found stellar cuisine locally (and across Paris). For movement, we enjoyed morning walks to Bandha Yoga for practices (offered in English), got the week pass at the nearby KeepCool (machine-based strength and cardio), and went for a beautiful jog.

Manon is wonderful and the location can’t be beat! Instructions were very clear and she responded quickly to any questions. I will say, this place ended up feeling smaller than we expected, but was doable. The water gets super hot very quickly fyi! A few other things to consider when booking: we knew it was a pull out bed, but it was a little more uncomfortable than we were expecting (it’s been a while since we slept on a pull out bed). Just be prepared for that. No AC so had to sleep with window open (which is fairly normal in Paris). However, because of the great location, can be a little loud at night with people coming and going from Sacré Coeur, but was not usually consistently loud. It worked out and we slept well enough, just something to consider. Manon was so awesome though to work with and we really appreciated her!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Paris in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut mit dem Nahverkehr erreichbar und man kommt super schnell in alle Bereiche der Stadt mit der Metro. Die Wohnung war sauber, es gab frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Zum Duschen stehen sogar kleine Flaschen mit Shampoo bereit. An die Dusche im Schlafzimmer gewöhnt man sich schnell :-) Der Balkon ist der Wahnsinn. Die Umgebung ist sehr trubelig, ruhig ist es in dem Viertel nie. Aber für Ruhe kamen wir auch nicht nach Paris. Der Check In hat super geklappt, Jean war immer erreichbar und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Danke für diese tolle Zeit! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Jane’s place is in a great, walkable area surrounded by restaurants and shopping. It was well-appointed and had the all the comforts of home which made our stay so enjoyable. Finally, Jane was so easy to communicate with and helped make our stay a positive experience!

Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour. L’accueil était adorable et avec une très grande bienveillance lors du séjour. Je recommande fortement ce logement.

Logement loué pour 4 jours/3 nuits pour 4 personnes pour un événement professionnel Porte de Versailles. Logement conforme aux photos. Les 3 chambres individuelles sont un plus entre collègues. Logement situé en demi sous-sol, donc il faisait frais dedans même avec 34 degrés dehors dans la journée. Terrasse agréable, et rue calme. Yohan et son équipe ont été très accueillants ainsi que réactif lorsque nous avions des questions. Nous relouerons certainement ce logement pour un prochain salon s’il est disponible !

La maison de Jean-Charles est incroyable. Grande, propre et une belle terrasse/jardin. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, disposer ses affaires, se doucher… je recommande 1000 fois. Le seul point à savoir est qu’une seule chambre possède des volets

Io e la mia amica Emma abbiamo soggiornato per il mese di settembre nell’appartamento di Yacine. La situazione era diversa da una normale vacanza, siamo arrivate a Parigi per il nostro erasmus e non trovando alloggio ci siamo arrangiate per vivere tra il letto soppalcato e il divano letto. Yacine è stata la prima persona che abbiamo conosciuto e si è mostrato fin da subito disponibile in TUTTO. L’appartamento era pulito, funzionale, il divano letto comodissimo tanto che abbiamo usato il letto molto poco 😂 avere Yacine e la sua famiglia accanto è stato per noi rassicurante e piacevole. Davvero un host a cinque stelle! Si è reso disponibile a togliere qualche oggetto d’arredo in modo da farci guadagnare spazio per le valigie. Abbiamo creato un gruppo con lui in cui non ha esitato a rispondere ad ogni nostro bisogno con ottimi consigli su come muoverci. Sicuramente un’accoglienza unica e un’esperienza che porteremo nel cuore!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, hôte très sympathique. Maison au bout d'une ruelle, au calme, tous les équipements nécessaires, très bonne literie, extérieur très agréable, le hammam est un plus pour se détendre. Le métro juste à côté de la maison, très pratique pour rejoindre paris en quelques minutes. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. A recommander les yeux fermés.

Achraf est un hôte super réactif et flexible. L'accueil s'est très bien déroulé. La maison est conforme à la description. Nous y reviendrons lors d'une prochaine visite à Paris.

Nossa viagem foi incrível, e a Françoise contribuiu muito para isso, adoramos o apartamento, a localização por ser próxima a estação do metrô e por ter tudo na frente (mercado, farmácia, padaria, …). As fotos correspondem ao imóvel e a anfitriã muito rápida para responder e muito atenciosa.

Idéal pour assister à événement au Stade de France et rentrer après très vite à pied, avec place de stationnement sous l'immeuble.

Tout était parfait. Logement calme et très agréable. Parking. Commerces à proximité. Horaires arrivée et départ flexibles. Très proche de Paris et Versailles. Hôte très accueillant et chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir. 5 étoiles bien méritées sur tous les criteres

Süße und sehr schöne Wohnung. Alles war sauber und der Prozess des Check-in und Check-out hat super geklappt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Sie waren bei Fragen rund um die Uhr für uns erreichbar und haben sehr schnell geantwortet. Auch bei einem kleinen technischen Problem waren sie innerhalb von 20 Minuten da und haben sich darum gekümmert. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Wunderbare Wohnung mit einem süssen kleinen Balkon. Die Lage war perfekt! wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und Alex war super freundlich und hilfsbereit! können wir nur weiterempfehlen!!!

El apartamento de Vincent es un sueño. Entrar al condominio con su parque y sus rosales y plantas y pájaros que cantan es una experiencia maravillosa. El apartamento es perfecto tiene todas las comodidades. La cocina es genial y puedes cocinar tranquilamente. El baño es muy cómodo y el agua es abundante y caliente. El dormitorio está muy bien y la cama es súper cómoda. Los vecinos son también muy amigables. Vincent fue sumamente cálido y amable. Siempre ofreciéndose a ayudarnos en lo que necesitáramos. Sin duda es un lugar maravilloso para que tu estadía en París sea perfecta. Está cerca de muchísimos comercios de todas las especies y cerca de líneas de Metro y bus. Gracias Vincent por tu calidez. Estar en tu casa fue maravilloso.

Le logement était conforme à la description, bien équipé, bien situé. Les hôtes Ibrahim et Angelique se sont montrés très accommodants malgré un imprévu de notre part, je recommande à 100%.
