Vacation rentals with a patio in 8th arrondissement

Très bon séjour dans le studio "le petit parisien". Le studio est extrêmement propre. L'entrée se fait de manière autonome. Paulo nous a mis plein de petits attentions que nous avons découvert à notre arrivée (jus de fruits frais, gâteaux, chocolats, thé, café, produits cosmétiques...), tout est sur place pour se se sentir bien comme dans un petit cocon. Merci Paulo pour votre accueil et vos petites attentions ! Nous recommandons vivement cet Airbnb !

Es war war alles wunderbar! Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Juliana ist stets erreichbar, sehr freundlich und flexibel. Wir danken ihr sehr für die Gastfreundschaft. Die Gegend ist sicher und schön, alles in kurzer Entfernung zu erreichen und der Blick unbezahlbar. Danke! Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Wir hatten 4 tolle Tagw bei Julien. Check-In lief super. Kontakt zu Julien immer schnell und freundlich. Wohnung wie beschrieben. Lage perfekt. Schnell zur Bahn und Montmartre sowie Bäckereien und Supermärkten. Toll fanden wir auch die Terrasse. Eine wirkliche Oase der Ruhe. Super! Und ein stets hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Nachbar. Wir kommen wieder, wenn wir in Paris sind.

We had a great stay in Thaddé's Parisian apartment. Perfectly situated in central Montmartre yet peaceful and private. We especially enjoyed the cozy backyard, how chilled the apartment felt despite summer temperatures outside, and the calm and peaceful bedroom. Thaddé is a wonderful, responsive and proactive host. He even reached out letting us know about planned disruptions on the metro. Highly recommended and would gladly return!

The apartment was great. Loved the location. One thing to be aware of, is that the place does not have AC. For us it was not that hot the days we stayed and the apartment has fans. When I looked at the listing under amenities it does say no AC. Just a heads up, also 4 people is a lot for that small apartment but it is doable. Great instruction on how to check in.

We really loved our stay at Nicolas’s place. He was very friendly and great at communicating. The location of the apartment was perfect, in quite a quiet street and at the back of the building. The area around the apartment was very good for bats and restaurants. The interior of Nicolas’s apartment is very unique and a real pleasure to be in. We would definitely stay again when we’re back in Paris as it feels like a real home from home and much better having the amount to space than in a small hotel room.

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage, sehr schön und sicher. Das Bett ist nicht sehr groß aber dafür super gemütlich, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen! Bei schönem Wetter kann man vor der Wohnung sitzen und die Ruhe genießen mit einem Kaffee oder Tee. Die Metro ist gut zu erreichen und man kann viele Dinge unternehmen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Dankeschön🌞

Great hosts with super communication. Incredibly clear check-in instructions and they even shared a guide to Paris with me. The house was spotless and had all the basic amenities you would want from a stay in Paris.

Man kan bli avskräckt av priset, men bli inte det. Jämfört med ett lyxhotell så är det här mycket bättre. Exceptionellt på alla vis! Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta för en romantiskt och avslappnande vistelse.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

This Abby is fabulous, a lovely apartment with lots of space internally and no end of the items you would expect to find. All the bedding is of the highest quality and very comfortable. Externally the garden space is a very pleasant area to sit and relax in, secure for your dogs, safe and easy to clean. I would highly recommend this Abnb to anyone and all. Un séjour parfait entre amis pour célébrer un enterrement de vie de jeune fille! La maison est incroyable, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée. Tout était fonctionnel : jacuzzi, hammam, cuisine… Un vrai cocon de confort à seulement quelques minutes de Paris, mais dans un calme absolu. Idéal pour un groupe de 8 personnes, nous avons passé un moment inoubliable. Merci encore pour cet accueil impeccable, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Geweldige accommodatie op loopafstand van de metro en hartje Parijs binnen een half uur bereikbaar. We hebben een super fijn verblijf gehad met tien personen tussen de 9 en 74 jaar oud. Ruime nette kamers, grote tuin alles is aanwezig en van alle gemakken voorzien. De ontvangst van Tarik was zeer gastvrij en hij kwam ons zelfs te hulp tijdens de finale van de Champions League. Een absolute aanrader!

Vincent's place was perfect for our family of 5! Location was really convenient for exploring the city without being in the heart of the touristy areas, with lots of great stores, restaurants, and bakeries all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well appointed - my only complaint is that certain parts of the second floor have low ceilings and I bumped my head a few times. Vincent is a great host, super responsive and extremely flexible with being able to drop off luggage early and leaving it late which was a life saver for us.

The house was fully equipped to make you feel like if you were home. Very comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed our stay with our family and even shared a dinner together there. Damien was very responsive and flexible. We loved the place. We will definitely stay here when we return to Paris. Thank you for hosting us. Jose

Wir waren zu viert in Paris und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Der Empfang war herzlich, die Unterkunft sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders der schöne Garten und die ruhige Lage haben uns begeistert. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Olivier was available, quick to respond, and gave very clear directions. It's a great neighbourhood and the apartment is super-close to the Metro- which is very important. The kitchen is ultra modern and fully equipped (even a dish washer and washing machine.) Nice balcony to eat out on. Just a great place to stay, and very reasonably priced compared to everything we looked at.

Idéal pour assister à événement au Stade de France et rentrer après très vite à pied, avec place de stationnement sous l'immeuble.

Great place for a small family. You can easily get grocery operate the location and cook your own delicacies. The Franprix opposite the location closes at 9pm. Great experience. Transportation: Walkable train station, easy access to Notre Dame and the Eiffel

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Claire. L’appartement est spacieux, très confortable et très lumineux et il est très bien situé à Levallois à côté du métro Anatole France (ligne 3). Nous recommandons !

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

We loved this lovely apartment in walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Plenty of room and so fun to be able to eat on the patio. We loved walking through the neighborhood and finding cafes, places to buy groceries, and even a playground that our granddaughters enjoyed! Wonderful place. Highly recommend it. Hosts were very responsive!
