The apartment is located on the Presqu'île, in the hyper-center of Lyon, 200 meters from Place Bellecour, close to Perrache train station and a few minutes walk to old Lyon. All local shops are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay by moving around on foot or with the TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais). Two Vélov stations are less than 50 meters from the residence. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with a small urban elevator. Public parking 150 meters from the apartment. Building door access code 2931

Facing south, overlooking very beautiful gardens, quiet. Climb a floor on foot (25 steps), after the top floor of the elevator. Self check-in from 5pm. Check-out at 10 a.m. on the end of stay. The keys are to be picked 110 m by foot from the apartment, between 5 p.m. and 11 p.m. Be discreet if arriving after 8 p.m. PLEASE.

Welcome to Indusoft! This 27 m2 studio, completely renovated, is located on the 1st floor without elevator access, in the heart of Lyon Part-Dieu. Very quiet thanks to 2 double glazings. Very well equipped like a 4* hotel room: 160 x 200 cm bed, 50" Samsung "The Frame" TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video included, fiber wifi, reversible air conditioning, equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, large bathroom with walk-in shower, hair dryer and magnifying mirror! You will find comfort and convenience in this quiet studio, located just 5 mns walk from Debourg metro, tram and bus stations. It is surrounded by different shops, restaurants and cafés. You can reach Part-Dieu and Bellecour in 15'. Confluences museum is closeby as well as the Rhone river banks. Though located in the city, the studio is still quiet at night as it is situated at the rear of the appartement block. If you are coming by car, be aware that you have to pay for parking in the area.
