The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Superbe appartement tout équipé et rénové récemment. Il est situé dans le secteur très dynamique de Jean Macé. Il est proche de la gare Part-Dieu, de Perrache, de la place Bellecour et très bien desservi (tramway, métro et bus à 7-10 min). Tout confort : chambre climatisée, Wifi (fibre optique), lave linge, TV (Netflix et Chromecast), frigo, four, micro-onde, cuisson induction 3 feux, machine nespresso, bouilloire, sèche-cheveux, table et fer à repasser, coffre fort. Linge de maison fourni.

The flat has been entirely designed and decorated with the comfort of our Guests in mind, so that you can enjoy an unforgettable experience during your stay in Lyon 8ème. Relax in calm and elegance. You will be close to the Tony Garnier Museum, the Maison de la Danse, the famous Gerland district and 5mn from the city centre and Place Bellecour.

Cosy studio next to Debourg station

You will find comfort and convenience in this quiet studio, located just 5 mns walk from Debourg metro, tram and bus stations. It is surrounded by different shops, restaurants and cafés. You can reach Part-Dieu and Bellecour in 15'. Confluences museum is closeby as well as the Rhone river banks. Though located in the city, the studio is still quiet at night as it is situated at the rear of the appartement block. If you are coming by car, be aware that you have to pay for parking in the area.

Le logement est situé à pied à : -30 secondes des transports en commun et commerces. -15 min de la gare part-dieu/navette directe pour l'aéroport. -3 min du parc de la tête d'or poumon de la ville. -Cuisine entièrement équipée avec couteaux qui coupent :) -Quartier avec les meilleurs bars/restaurants/night-club de Lyon.

Located on the 2nd floor (elevator) of a luxury building, a stone's throw from the Confluence district, the ENS and High Tech industries, it is composed of a main room with 3 islands: double bed, full and equipped kitchen, central table. Bathroom, separate toilet, closet. South-facing balcony 8 m². Shops nearby. Restaurants.

2-room apartment 5 minutes from Jean Macé (metro line B, tram T2), on the 1st floor with elevator, completely refurbished apartment composed of a bedroom with a 180 cm bed (king size) and closet, a living room with fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle...) a small bathroom with shower. Separate toilet. The apartment overlooks the courtyard and is absolutely quiet. I live in the building myself and am responsive if there is a question.
