Monthly Rentals in 5th arrondissement

I stayed at the apartment for 3 months and I loved it! The area is beautiful and a short walk to so many things…like Notre Dame, Mouffetard st, Luxembourg gardens, etc. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. There are a lot of little cafes and bars nearby, the grocery store is a 3 min walk, and several boulangeries within a 5-7min walk. I loved having the 3 big windows. I highly recommend!

Light-filled apartment on a quiet street in the 5th - a treat for 31 days! The kitchen was very well equipped; bed, and sofa-bed in 2nd br, both very comfortable (we didn't use other sofa bed in living room); bathroom spotless. Marco and Frederico responded very quickly to questions, were very easy to work with. Location is fabulous - bus stops and RER lines slightly closer than Metro, but all very convenient. Notebook of guest instructions and suggestions was among the best I've seen in AirBNB rentals. Fabulous job Marco et Frederico! Merci bien!

We enjoyed staying here- great location, right on a square, and the apartment was recently renovated. It is lovely. I appreciated the washer and the clothes rack worked out well. It is an interior apartment, meaning you don’t have a good view. But it does mean a quiet night’s sleep!

Tracy was a friendly and responsive host for the flat in Paris. The flat itself is in a perfect location, within walking distance of many sites and restaurants. The atmosphere of the area is wonderful. I thoroughly enjoyed my two month stay!
