A small studio 17m2 on the 1st floor with a mezzanine, 3 mins from the Louvre and River Seine - it is a loft space small sitting area only with high ceiling and large double glazed window. It’s fully equipped. The loft is on a busy street. There is a pizzeria that closes at midnight but the bar opposite closes very very late and can be noisy as people leave as the street is narrow.
