The small studio of our house has its private entrance, a room with bed 160x200, a bathroom with shower. Located Saint Irénée area, you can reach the city center and historic city in 15 min. by bus.

The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

It has a large dressing room and all the comforts. There are some stairs to reach the studio, which is not suitable for people with limited mobility.

Very nice 15 m2 terrace No need for a car, all public transport is close to the accommodation, tram, metro, public bike. Shops nearby, Lyonnais bouchons, bar-barges on the quays, walks along the Rhône.

But be careful, the most direct access to the city is only via the stairs in St Paul (see photo).
