Vacation rentals with a patio in 1st arrondissement

I did love that apartment really much: so spacious, private and fancy. All is clean, well maintained and decent. The owners are friendly and welcoming, and the co-hosts are helpful and being always in touch. The location is on the hill but it's lovely surroundings

Great accommodation, I enjoyed my stay and I recommend it! Just maybe the lack of a shutter for the bedroom is an area for improvement but a sleep mask is enough and that solves the problem!

This Airbnb is a gem, just a pleasant 10–15 minute walk from the metro station—well worth the stroll! The neighborhood is serene and peaceful, and the apartment itself is impeccably clean and comfortable. The small kitchen is perfectly equipped for short-term stays, making it incredibly convenient. The smart TV and efficient heating/cooling system added a touch of modern comfort to our stay. While shower gel and shampoo aren’t provided, you can easily purchase them at a nearby Carrefour for a great price. The unit is located on a higher floor, accessible via a short, narrow staircase, which might be challenging for those with heavy luggage. For us, with smaller suitcases, it was absolutely fine. For guests with larger luggage, requesting a ground- or first-floor room could be a great option. Overall, a delightful stay in a cozy, well-appointed space—highly recommended!

Me and my children had a great time, we didn't want for anything in the apartment, and responsive and caring hosts, I recommend it.

We had a great time at your Airbnb. The accommodation was impeccable: very clean, quiet, as described, and really pleasant to live in. We particularly appreciated the small touches such as the towels available, hygiene products, as well as coffee and tea – everything was thought of to make us feel good. The only small downside is the parking, which turned out to be a little complicated. But this did not affect the quality of our stay.

Jenna was so accommodating fitting us in at the last minute and waiting for us to arrive late at night. We had a wonderful warm and attentive welcome with a fire waiting for us - much appreciated after a long day’s travels. Lovely touches like water by the beds and things out for breakfast. I’m sorry we were only stopping overnight as it was a beautiful area and looked great for exploring Lyon, whilst being lovely and peaceful . Would definitely recommend. The pool looked great for the summer too!

great and spacious house, quiet close to town.

We enjoyed our days in Marine's beautiful apartment in Rochetaillée-sur-Saône. Beautiful surroundings and perfect distance to Lyon. The atmosphere is amazing. The architecture, the tasteful and original decor, decoration and choice of colors in the beautiful rooms is completely unique. Balm for the soul. We enjoy exploring good restaurants, as much as we love shopping locally and cooking "at home" — so the apartment's real fully equipped kitchen was a special positive "gift" for us. The direct access from the kitchen to the small cozy patio outside is beautiful and unobstructed — even though it is part of a shared yard with private parking. The apartment, with its slightly steep floating stairs, is not suitable for small children, but the stairs help to provide a fantastic framing of space, create beautiful perspectives and natural atmosphere changes from floor to floor. We are very much looking forward to returning as soon as we are back in those parts of France. Many thanks to Marine for a super hospitality.

Beautiful area, free easy access parking, comfortable furniture and beds, laundry, great backyard, the house has real charm, easy drive to surrounding attractions.

A safe haven near Lyon! Our stay at Renata's will remain a great experience. The accommodation brings together all the qualities needed for a weekend getaway as well as for a longer stay: optimal comfort, ideal location and neat atmosphere. Located in a peaceful setting, this place offers excellent tranquility while allowing quick access to roads to explore Lyon and its surroundings (a real plus!). Inside, nothing is missing: the amenities are complete and functional, integrated into a clean and refined decoration where every detail has been thought out. A big thank you to Renata for hosting us, for her availability and flexibility, which greatly contributed to the success of our stay. We leave delighted and highly recommend this address to those who are looking for a perfect mix of calm, practicality and elegance!

Just spent three weeks at Cile's lovely and spacial apartment. It was as described and Cile was a very helpful host - explaining everything clearly to us and immediately attending to one small issue which we had. The apartment is a little out of Lyon centre, but an easy bus ride. The view of the river and having a great nearby boulangerie and fromagerie easily make up for that. It was really pleasant. As a group of four - we really appreciate that there was adequate seating in the living space and dining room and sufficient space in the fridge and kitchen for us to cook when we wanted. It was also great to have the toilet separate to the bathroom. We did find it a little awkward to walk through the main bedroom to the bathroom - this wouldn't be a problem with family however. To be fair, I think this detail might have been lost in translation from French to the English in the website description. Would definitely recommend Cile's apartment

Very nice apartment in the heart of Croix Rouge. As described. Rebecca explained the operation very well and as no one was expected after us she was flexible for checkout (even if we didn't need it) I recommend

We had a great time with friends, the apartment was spacious, the beds comfortable and a nice peaceful neighborhood with shops nearby, everything was great!!

Easy to find, clear instructions, clean and quiet. A shower curtain would be welcome. We are delighted with our stay at Sandrine and Sébastien's.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is exactly as described, well furnished and very quiet. We were even allowed to use the grill in the large garden. Communication with Judith was great. She was very helpful and always responded immediately. We will be happy to come back!
