Monthly Rentals in 19th arrondissement

This is a lovely, luminous flat, very well arranged, in a fun neighborhood. We had a wonderful stay from December into January, enjoying the space and the outlook through the plane trees to the old Paris buildings opposite. The kitchen/dining area with a proper table was much appreciated – not frequently found in similar Paris rentals. A bit of agility might just be required of older people to step into the bathtub/shower. But no trouble with noise either from the building or outside (though winter months, windows shut). And right below, an authentic bit of Paris, full of great food shops and the amazing Buttes Chaumont park. We hope to be back for more!

Felt right at home! I've stayed at many Airbnbs but Dan's apartment felt different. I felt right at home. You can feel the sense of pride he feels in being a host. Would absolutely recommend and stay again. Merci beaucoup Dan!!

Convenient and well-functioning base for visiting Paris. Would go back

We loved staying at Pierre’s place! It is in the north of Paris and easily reachable if your train arrives in Gare du Nord, has plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby and even a beautiful park to stroll through on a Sunday. The apartment had everything we needed and was close to the metro to get downtown. Would stay here again!
