This apartment is conveniently located 10 minutes from the center of Paris by metro, 15 minutes walk from Parc des Buttes Chaumont, stunning views of the Philharmonie de Paris (5 minutes by tram) and access to Parc de la Villette and 10 minutes from the famous Père Lachaise cemetery. 2 parks surround the building, hence the calm and tranquility of the accommodation. Living space of more than 30 m2 with living room/library and dining table. Japanese-style toilet and plenty of storage

Cozy Studio in North Montmartre

Located on the edge of Montmartre 1km from the Sacré-Coeur, this studio has everything you need for an affordable stay! It is only 14m2, which is common in Paris, but it is very small. I don't recommend that two people stay for long, but it does sleep two. It is very livable for one person: I lived there myself for 2.5 years including the pandemic, then a student rented it for 3 years. Another disclaimer is that it doesn't get a lot of natural light, but it stays cool in summer ;)
