Vacation rentals with a fireplace in 11th arrondissement

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, nette Gastgeberin, tolle und ruhige Lage. Check-in und /-out total unkompliziert. Alles super!

Geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten länger geblieben um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Sehr ruhiges, sauberes Wohngebiet, ideal um vom Trubel im Paris runter zu kommen. Vielleicht ein anderes Mal wieder

This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

Väldigt fin service! När vi ville grilla så kom Tarik med grillkol och tändredskap ❤️ Frukt, bröd, dryck och godis fanns till oss när vi kom. Kan rekommenderas.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

I cannot recommend Rosa’s home enough, especially if you have small children. My four year old and two year old had has much fun at Rosa’s house as they did the rest of Paris. The apartment was gorgeous and matched the photos exactly. The location was wonderful, just a short 15 minute walk to the Marais in one direction and 15 minute walk to the Bastille in the other. It’s also located close to many lovely boulangeries, restaurants, parks, and grocery stores. Rosa was so communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. I really appreciated that the kids’ room had one bed and one crib for my kids — it was perfect. I hope we can visit again soon!

Exactly as advertised and actually better in person. Very clean, comfortable beds and linen. Kitchen has everyday cooking tools for a short stay. Easy stay for a small family. Responsive host(s) and eclectic area, would stay again.

If you're looking for an authentic Parisian apartment experience that is elegant and comfortable - this is the place. City balcony on the front and the windows in the back open onto a park setting (ruins of a medieval gladiator area!) with trees and birds singing.

Lovely appartment in typical modern, french style. Really liked the host Marie. She was very pro-active, positive and engaged and open for questions / needs. Wonderful host (5-star)!

Stunning apartment in a beautiful part of Paris. Beautiful decor, and location was terrific near a fabulous boulangerie, bistros, park and metro stop. Felt like a local and Theo was a super helpful host.

Nuestra estancia ha sido increíble. La casa coincidía perfectamente con la descripción. Muy cómoda para una pareja y una bebé, cama y cuna muy cómodas, ropa de cama y toallas limpias, lo único que resaltaría es que se debe limpiar más profundamente los utensilios de la cocina y la vajilla, el resto genial. La localización muy buena en el centro de París, a 30 minutos a pie de los puntos más importantes como la Catedral de Notre Dame. Cerca de la casa también había supermercados y varias pastelerías muy ricas! La mejor sin duda la panadería de Maé. Fred siempre se mostró disponible para cualquier duda o pregunta y fue muy amable. Gran anfitrión. Si volvemos a París, volveríamos a alojarnos en este apartamento. Sólo hay que tener en cuenta que se trata de un séptimo piso y que el ascensor llega hasta el sexto (lo cual ya viene indicado en la descripción), y que el ascensor es muy estrecho, así que mejor viajar con un carro de bebé ligero si se aloja con un bebé. Meine Tochter und ich hatten 5 wundervolle Tage in Paris und haben uns sofort in Claras schönen Wohnung wohlgefühlt, schön war, dass Clara uns persönlich begrüßt hat und immer für Fragen zur Verfügung stand, die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht, die Verkehrsanbindung ist perfekt!!!!!!! Wir würden diese Unterkunft jeder Zeit wieder buchen.

Ideale rustige uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Parijs. Half uurtje met de Metro vanaf een station op loopafstand. Na de drukte in de stad heerlijk om even tot rust te komen.

Très bon logement,très joliment décoré avec la toile de Jouy (papier peint,coussin ..) très bien équipé. Très bon accueil par le gérant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Je recommande.

I went to Sophie’s place as I was getting married in Paris and needed a place large enough for me and my family who were flying over with me. The house was amazing, spacious and even more beautiful than it seems in the pictures! Sophie was very friendly and responsive. It was all really great.

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.

Wir haben unser Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus genossen. Es liegt sehr ruhig in einer schönen Gegend. Mit Uber dauert es ca. 30 Minuten bis Zentrum von Paris. Das Haus entspricht ganz genau der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr geräumig, schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefüllt. Die Kommunikation mit Matthieu hat immer reibungslos funktioniert. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Erfahrung!

I would not hesitate to book this Airbnb. Great location near Ternes metro. Short walk to a grocery store and fresh fruits and vegetables. The apartment looked as nice in person as in the photos. Martin was very easy to communicate with. Wish we could have stayed longer.
