My apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay: a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a balcony. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Very quiet 1 king-size bed, fully-equipped appartment in the heart of the lively 11th arrondissement, conveniently located in a "dead-end" street (hence no traffic at all) . Everything you need near-by, and métro 9 station "Charonne" 2 minutes away. 2nd floor (no elevator), lovely neighboors but strict "no noise" policy in the building (not ideal to party, invite many people or listen to loud music, you will be in trouble very quickly!)

Charm and comfort on the second floor of a 16th century building (third floor for Americans), in a quiet cul-de-sac and yet right in the heart of Paris. Exposed beams, tiles, contemporary decoration, works of art from all over the world, large living room of 50m2, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, lively and commercial area, all transport nearby. Armchair convertible into a single bed in the living room (unfolded, the bed is 80cm x 190cm). Please note: there is no elevator.
