Vacation rentals with lake access in 10th arrondissement

Place is close to public transit, (bus and RER). The place is outside city center, but it being accessible, not bad at all. The place is perfect for our group of 12, and enough washroom for everybody. Would difinitely book again if we are coming bavk to explore more of Paris.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. Staying at Riad’s home was an absolute highlight of our trip! The house is perfectly located, nestled in a quiet area but just steps away from shops, restaurants, and with incredibly easy access to everything we wanted to explore in Paris and the Seine !! The views are breathtaking, and the home itself is both elegant and cozy : beautifully designed, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. Riad, thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us, we truly felt like locals in a dream setting. We can’t wait to come back!

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

The house was fully equipped to make you feel like if you were home. Very comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed our stay with our family and even shared a dinner together there. Damien was very responsive and flexible. We loved the place. We will definitely stay here when we return to Paris. Thank you for hosting us. Jose

Very good apartment, it was comfortable, easy to access, it has a dryer. We had a few rainy days and it helped us a lot to be able to have dry clothes. The area was quite quiet at night, you couldn't hear a sound, so you could sleep very well. The sofa bed was quite comfortable

This place is a cute little studio perfect for 2 girls. (Just enough space). The metro is close by, there’s a park, lots of food options, and the area seems safe. The hosts were also pleasant and fast in responding. IFFF I were to critique anything, it’s that the curtain in the room doesn’t close. This is a problem during the night when we wanted to change because people can see into the house (we’re on the 1st floor). Other than changing in the bathroom I enjoyed my stay. Thank you very much

If you want to stay in a clean and safe location look no further. Steeve is an excellent host. The Flat is 10-15 min walking from Roland Garros. It's 5-10 min walk to restaurants. The area looks and feels safe. I had my family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids (10/13) and we fit perfectly. Highly recommended

Nice appartment. Neat and clean. Walking distance from nearest railway station. Surrounding is good with shops, restaurant, buzzing street. Host Gael is always very responsive. You have to use stairs to reach second floor of the appartment.

Beautiful, quiet and peaceful accommodation, close to the train station and everything. Breathtaking view over Paris. For the welcome, I had the wonderful surprise of being received by a woman whose listening, kindness and patience were of great help. I hope to have the opportunity to come back if the opportunity arises!

My last visit to the "City of Love" was from my school days. This visit was associated with many beautiful memories. So I was full of positive expectations. All of these were confirmed. Claude and her husband are perfect hosts who are very concerned and committed to the well-being of their respective guests. The location of this property was perfect for my needs, as it can quickly lead to the city center of Paris if you want, but on the other hand it has such a quiet and relaxing character that only local recreation areas or spa centers can offer. A perfect place to slow down and escape the sometimes stressful everyday life. Overall, this offer is also warmly suitable for long-term stays and highly recommended. I thank the two of you for helping to make my second visit to Paris an unforgettable experience.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. We visited with our family (5&2). The children had lots of room to run around outside. Thierry even put on the sprinklers for us to cool down. The kids had a blast. The accomodation itself was perfect for us. It was clean, had games, tv and books. He had some dishwasher tablets and washing machine tabs which were a lifesaver the night before our family wedding!! There was a big rotating fan in each room. We were also very thankful for the coffee and cool water provided by the host. He was very generous with his time and assisted whenever he could. We wish you all the luck with your future plans for this property and will hopefully return someday.

Very pleasant accommodation, well-located and quiet. Perfect for visiting Chantilly and the surrounding area. I would highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Thierry was a great host and very helpful. So much so we extended our stay for another two night. Thierry’s wife was also great and suggested a lovely little creperie (L’tang D’Art) which is a must visit. Our favourite bar to sit outside and watch the sun go down was Diane on the square in Lamorlaye. Will be back 😎

I was able to stay at Thierry's place: very quiet, spacious, very spacious. Each of the cottages has a terrace where you can sunbathe while looking at the equestrian buildings all around. There is a very large lawn in front of the cottages where children can run and play safely. The space was better than the photos, bigger. We can come to several families on several apartments because they form a beautiful set. Thierry is a very nice host.
