The apartment is as described. Everything is clean and tidy, very nice that the white bed is clean. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The host gave clear instructions and responds very quickly to messages. We had a problem with the light, so it was resolved very quickly, despite the fact that it was late Sunday evening. I don't remember if it's indicated in the ad or not, the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator, if anything, be ready to carry your suitcase to the 3rd floor. But in general, the stay was absolutely calm and comfortable, so I sincerely recommend it.

A small but spacious and well-designed apartment next to Viktoria Gardens with everything you need, including a dishwasher, air conditioning, washing machine and iron. It's great that there are many different lighting options to create an atmosphere for the mood. Perfect for a couple, whether for a night or a few weeks. The house is new, there are few residents in it, so it was not difficult to find parking nearby.

A spacious terrace is adorned with cozy seating arrangements, including a hanging chair and plush cushions. Decorative lights drape above, adding a warm touch. Lush greenery and potted plants complement the view of the surrounding cityscape and historical landmarks.

The space is organized very well and thought out, both in terms of comfort and aesthetics. If you want to spend time meditatively and unstructured, this is the place for you. We were here with three teenage daughters and everyone had plenty of private space and fun things to do. Victor and Yulia are very hospitable and pleasant people, interesting interlocutors, with whom he enriches and inspires. I also had a problem with the machine, which needed an urgent resolution. Victor found an opportunity to help me, despite the holidays he found a competent mechanic. We will definitely come back here again if possible and now recommend to friends

My husband and I loved our stay at Oksana’s apartment. Super convenient and walkable from train station. Easily walkable to the center of town (30 min) or accessible public transport into the center. The traffic on the street outside is quite noisy but the windows do an excellent job of keeping the apartment quiet. Nice, big shower. Minimal, contemporary interior design and very clean. Oksana was communicative, helpful, and welcoming.
