Το Theta είναι ένας πέτρινος ξενώνας 60 τ.μ., λίγα μέτρα από την πλατεία της Στεμνίτσας. Χτισμένο το 1867, είναι το «κατώι» (ισόγειο) μιας παραδοσιακής χωριάτικης κατοικίας. Ένα ευρύχωρο σπίτι με θόλο, που ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 και φιλοξενεί έως 4 άτομα. Έχει 1 WC και ξεχωριστό χώρο με ντουζιέρα-υδρομασάζ. Διαθέτει Wi-Fi και Smart TV με λογαριασμό Netflix, Amazon Prime. Το ξύλινο μπαλκόνι προσφέρει ωραία θέα στο χωριό και η αυλή στην καταπράσινη πλαγιά του βουνού. Parking κοντά στο σπίτι.

Our house is located in the small picturesque traditional famous village of Mycenae, in the center of Peloponnese! It is a bright, colorful, cozy and quiet house with a beautiful fireplace, full of sun, windows and many big balconies! Built on the top of the village, has a great view of the mountains and the whole village! Just few min away from the archaeological site of Mycenae- you can even walk there, the route is so beautiful!- and only 2-3 min far from the restaurants and mini markets!

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στα 50 μέτρα από την θάλασσα και στα 100 μέτρα από την εθνική οδό για γρήγορη πρόσβαση στη πόλη της Πάτρας με την χρηση αστικής συγκοινωνίας προαστιακού η με το αυτοκίνητο. Επίσης στα 150 μετρά υπάρχει κρεοπωλείο φούρνος και μίνι μάρκετ για την κάλυψη των αναγκών σας. Υπάρχουν σε περιφραγμένο χώρο κότες και κουνελάκια. Το σπίτι προσφέρεται για ήσυχες και ευχάριστες διακοπές. -Το αεροδρομιο του αραξου βρισκεται 30 λεπτα απο το χωρο διαμονης.

Μόλις 50 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού της Στεμνίτσας, μέσα από ένα ονειρικό πέτρινο δρομάκι, βρίσκεται ο πλήρως ανακαινισμένος ξενώνας Ροδάνθη. Χτισμένος από πέτρα και ξύλο το 1867 με την παραδοσιακή δομή των ορεινών ελλαδικών χωριών, χαρίζει μια μοναδική θέα στο βουνό και στο ρυάκι καθώς βρίσκεται στο τέλος του μονοπατιού. Κάτω ακριβώς από το σπίτι υπάρχει χώρος πάρκινγκ. O ποταμός Λούσιος βρίσκεται αρκετά κοντά για μια περιπετειώδης περιήγηση!

The Kallistws House

Our small maisonette is located at the beginning of the village after the church of Agios Nikolaos. This is a space made for most of wood, that makes it warm in the winter and cool in the summer. On the lower floor is the kitchen in which you will be able to prepare your coffee and tea (provided free of charge by the accommodation). On the upper floor are the two rooms, comfortable to accommodate a family of four.
