Our spacious and cozy home, 120 sq.m. ,enjoys a privileged location with panoramic views of a green plain and impressive mountains. It is built in 1995 and partially renovated in 2018. Ideal for family or group of up to 6 people. Kalamata Messinia Cozy Country House Mountain View

This traditional house of about 200 years is located in the village of Poliani in Messinia at a height of 680 meters in the embrace of Taygetos. The village is surrounded by verdant mountain peaks as it stretches through a fertile plain full of apple trees,walnuts and grains that cross it by two rivers. Historically, Poliani has recorded up to this day more than 45 Byzantine temples while the church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary survives from the Byzantine period with remarkable frescoes of the 12th century.

In Vytina, which combines secularism with tranquility and contact with the special and refreshing nature due to its location and altitude, we built our home. It was a stone house, and we renovated it in the most modern way but maintaining the original look. There one lives the absolute tranquility and freedom since the distance from the square, the paths in the lush vegetation and the visit to other famous villages, is a "breath"

NIKOLAS HOUSE - NIKOLAS' HOUSE

NIKOLAS HOUSE IS LOCATED IN A TRADITIONAL AND HOSPITALOUS VILLAGE, ANCIENT PISSA. WITH A HUGE HISTORY AS THERE WAS THE KINGDOM OF OENOMAO. OUR ACCOMMODATION CONSISTS OF A HUGE DOUBLE BEDROOM WHERE THE BARRELS WERE PLACED. THIS CONTAINS A LARGE DOUBLE BED AND TWO SINGLE BEDS. A BRAND NEW AND MODERN BATHROOM, A LIVING ROOM WITH A CORNER SOFA AND A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN WITH ITS DINING AREA.

Our detached house is a 5-minute walk from the village center, where you will find restaurants, shops and a supermarket. Within a short drive, you will find beautiful beaches, as well as Lake Caiafa. In addition, the archaeological sites of ancient Olympia and Epicurian Apollo are very close by car. Our detached house offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay.

Kallistws House

Our small maisonette is located at the beginning of the village after the church of Agios Nikolaos. It is a space made mostly of wood, which makes it warm in winter and cool in summer. Downstairs is the kitchen where you can prepare your coffee and tea (provided free of charge by the accommodation). Upstairs are the two rooms, comfortable to accommodate a family of four.
