In die heimelige Arvenstube mit grossem Tisch für 8 Personen, habe ich eine modernen Gastroküche eingebaut und mit zwei Kühlschränken ausgestatten. Somit verfügt jedes der beiden Doppezimmer über ein eigenes Badezimmer und in der gemeinsam genutzten und gut ausgerüsteten Wohnküche (Arvenzimmer) hat es für jedes der Zimmer einen eigenen Kühlschrank. Das ganze liegt in mitten eines schönen Gartens.

On the 2nd floor of this generously sized villa, I am renting out a guest room with direct access through the staircase. The listed building is a cultural asset of national importance. It is 10 meters to the lake and the public transport takes 8 minutes to reach the center of Zurich. The WC and kitchen are shared, but there is plenty of privacy thanks to a separate entrance. The apartment is ideal for 1 couple, but there is also the possibility to sleep on a sofa.

Glatthall is just a hop step and a jump away (3.5 km to be exact ) from the Zurich international airport and in very close proximity to two main train stations (Opfikon and Glattbrugg) from where you could get trains to all the major points of interest in and around Zurich within 15 min. Glatthall is Ideal for Solo adventurers, holiday makers and business travelers. Its offers a spacious homely and a hospitable environment.

Antik House with a beautiful garden

This lovely antik house of the last century is located in a very quiet and exceptionally beautiful street in the favored quarter Enge. The museum Rietberg with it s beautiful park and lakeview is just a short hop from my apartment. It is eight minutes to the lakeside and ten minutes by tram 13 or 7 to the mainstation. Sihl city, a big shopping center is just some minutes apart with an spa and some restaurants..

Apparemment Altstetten

My apartment is simple but comfortable, ideally located just 10 meters from the Tuffennweis tram and a 5-minute walk from Alstetten train station. In just 15 minutes walk included, you can be anywhere in the heart of the city. It is a simple stay at an accordable price, if you want to move in on a long term basis (& year l’été) the rent is 2 500 charge included.

Cozy 1-bedroom flat 5 min to Lake & city center

The flat is located in quiet area 7 min from the city center by Tram & Train (3 min from the station). 5 min from the Zurich Lake and 10 min from alternative area Rote Fabrik with nice bars and restaurants. There is a big bed in the flat, big tv, netflix, printer, a wardrobe, multicooker, microwave, separate kitchen, bathtube.

Geräumiges Zimmer mit Geschichte und privatem Zugang zur Terrasse, exklusiv für den Gast. Ein Bürobereich mit Blick ins Grüne lädt zum Arbeiten ein. Das Zimmer ist abschliessbar. Das Bettsofa lässt sich wahlweise als Einzelbett für mehr Raum oder als Queensize-Bett nutzen.
