Monthly Rentals in Žukovica

We stayed for 3 nights in this magical place. Vesna, the host, is very welcoming and sweet. She helped us with every question we had. The place itself is a definite WOW! The aprtment is very spacious, full of light and breeze and the view of the bay is nothing less than spactacular. It is quiet and feels like country side just 15-20 min of Budva center, and walking distance from beach. More Specifically, if you are vegetarian or vegan (like my partner :)) her resturant offers super delicious food, cooked with attention to details and full of love- everything is made by her, organic and fresh. Budva doesnt offer almost any vegetarian/ vegan healthy and tasty food so discovering this was the cherry on cake. It you like something different than ordinary crowded hotels and like the airbnb vibe this is the place for you! Vesna, thx alot for making us feel at home ❤️

We had a great time at this place located on the heights, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Thanks to Predrag's sister for being so responsive by message and to her parents for their kindness. A change of sheets and towels mid-stay was offered to us which was very much appreciated. We were also able to use the washing machine in the building. The little cats kept us company throughout the stay :) Small point: we were not aware that a tourist tax had to be paid. Predrag's mother therefore collected our IDs in order to pay it and then we reimbursed her (24 euros for 12 days for 2). Only small "negative" points: the accommodation was sometimes quite damp despite the VMC present in the bathroom and the WIFI was a little problematic in the evening. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to visit Montenegro while having a quiet pied-à-terre (vehicle essential)

Vlado is a great host. He met us near AMI hotel and helped us with our luggage. We had cleaning every week of staying. Vlado gave us a remote for a gate when we took a car for rent. We asked for blankets and he gave us blankets. Our staying was great!

This was my second stay with Jovana and it was delightful. Jovana is a great host who is always available for questions and information and she will go out of her way to make everything easy. She always leaves plenty of amenities beyond the basics. The condo is compact and efficient and sits high up above the coast and shopping area so is very quiet and beautiful. On the other hand, it is just a short jaunt down the hill to all the action. Be prepared to get good exercise going up and down the many stairs leading to the beachfront. There are plenty of touristy things to do in the area, but you can also stretch out on the beach or your balcony and just relax. Good restaurants and shops. Highly recommend both host and condo!
