COMFORTABLE AND QUIET CENTRAL PENTHOUSE Arrive and feel good. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the popular district Gerresheim, near the Grafenberg forest and has excellent access to public transport 2 minutes walk away, taking you to a few minutes to Düsseldorf city center (Altstadt, Old Town, Harbour, Parliament). The newly built apartment of about 50 square meters consists of a living / dining area with a kitchenette, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The living room has two comfortable leather sofas. A satellite TV, music system and wifi is available and ready to be kept free. The comfortable dining area and a small kitchen with a refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and dishes are available for self-catering (no stove). Coffee, cocoa and tea are available free of charge. The modern bathrooms are adequate before fresh towels and a hair dryer. Prices are per night and include bed linen, towels, wifi, and costs for electricity, water and heating. Note: Unfortunately, I had to increase my prices by €3.00 per night. As of January 1, 2024, the accommodation tax in Düsseldorf was introduced. Other services such as taxi service, refrigerator- service on request. Flexible arrival and departure times as desired or consultation Pets are not allowed. It is a Non smoking apartment. Free parking is available on the street. By car, taxi or bus you can reach in a few minutes to Düsseldorf city center (3,5 km) but also the direct connection to the surrounding motorways make a quick connection to both the Airport (10 km), exhibition center (9 km) and in surrounding towns and cities a breeze. The large recreation area located in the immediate vicinity of the Grafenberg forest with its wildlife park, the racecourse and the golf club and the Lake Unterbach with various sports and leisure facilities are attractive destinations. Anyone wishing to experience a journey through time to the Neanderthals can connect the city stay with this famous cultural attractions in nearby Mettmann.

In the separate bedroom there is a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. There's also a large, light-colored desk there. The 5th person can also sleep there on the extra bed. The beds are already made and towels are available.

Direct connection to Trade Fair via subway (12minutes) In order to protect our guests and ourselves as much as possible from Covid19, we will only accept bookings from vaccinated or recovered guests from 01 October. Quick tests are not sufficient.

Very nice, quite and luxurious apartment with 2 bedrooms (each 2.00 x 1.80m boxspring bed) and one add. bedroom with a sofa bed. One bathroom (walk in shower, WC) and one separated WC. Fully equipped kitchen and dining room. Two balconies. WIFI high speed internet (up to 100 MBit/s). Around 10-15 min driving to the Messe and 10 minutes to the airport. Private Parking for one car. Enjoy your stay in Duesseldorf and relax.

Our apartment is located in a quiet residential street in the north of Düsseldorf with direct views of the garden. Thanks to the connection with public transport, you can easily reach your destinations in and around Düsseldorf. We're cosmopolitan and looking forward to your visit. For short stays, a sleeping couch is available in the living room. There is underfloor heating in all rooms.

Only four minutes walking to the underground "Nordstraße" U78 / U79 direction fair trade /main station/Oldtown/city center. 10 minutes walking to the Old Town and the famous "Königsallee" or one station by the underground. Only two minutes walking to the shopping street Nordstraße with many bars, restaurants and shops.
