Während meinen Reisen um die Welt vermiete ich meine gemütliche Stadtwohnung zwischen dem Zentrum Leipzigs und dem Clara-Park. Perfekt geeignet für 2-4 Personen, wird euch in der frisch renovierten und neu ausgestatteten 2-Zimmer Wohnung nichts fehlen. Direkt vor der Haustür befinden sich zahlreiche Lokalitäten. Stadtzentrum und Stadtpark sind in nur wenigen Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen.

The location is centrally located in the Lindenau district and well connected to public transport. On the street side, we run a small wine shop. Our apartment is located in the very popular music district of Leipzig. The city center is a 5-minute walk away and in the immediate vicinity the ''Karli'' with its pub scene invites you to linger. Within walking distance is the Elster- und Pleiße-Auewald Nature Reserve, Clara-Zetkin-Park and Johannapark. Shops serving everyday needs are also within walking distance. Furthermore, this district has a very good infrastructure.
