Beachfront vacation rentals in Zoni Beach

We couldn't have been happier to find this place. If you walk out back and go about 100 yd to the right, there is a beautiful swimming/ snorkeling area. We went to two other beaches in the area, but none of them compared to the one outback. If you want horses, the horses are also outside the house and around the beach in the afternoons. I you also love the sound of waves, it is the perfect location. You can hear the waves from inside the bedroom when you're sleeping. Although it can be a little loud, it is peaceful.

Great stay. Recommended and definitely will stay again. Very private, the view is amazing and 2 AC units which help the apartment stay cold during these extremely heat days. A 4x4 is needed to reach the apartment in rainy days. I don’t think the golf cart could reach the unit. Keila is a great host and communication was great. Thank you for everything.

Talk about the most amazing seaside views .. we didn't want to leave! We dined outside every night and it couldn't have been more serene. The house and kitchen are well stocked and the hosts responsive. The island is well worth the visit and bioluminescent kayaking is not to be missed! It was hot during our visit so we missed having some A/C but most of the time the ocean breeze was enough to keep us cool. The beach access was a wonderful bonus. We'll be back!

We loved the place and the hosts were very accommodating and responsive.

We had the most amazing stay. The home was beautiful and in great location. It contained everything we needed to be comfortable and even a few extras. Supermarket or a few blocks away as is the ferry and some great restaurants. Amazing sea glass beach is only a few steps away. We swam in the pool and listened and watched the ocean. It couldn’t have been better.

Great bed and breakfast! The breakfast is a wonderful start to the day - it allowed us to go straight to the beach. The sunset was AMAZING! The view from the balcony was unparalleled! Luis Peña is amazing at sunrise and at night. AND, there is a world famous beach just 15 minutes away. Jeanine was accommodating, helpful and just an all-around fantastic property manager. We will definitely be back!

Excellent host very responsive. The apartment have a nice view. They help with the early check-in. The apartment have kitchen utensils, a big refrigerator and A/C.

Our family had an amazing stay here! Gorgeous ocean views and breezes. Perfect oceanfront pool. Walkable to town and ferry. Great base to explore beautiful Vieques beaches and BioBay. A rental car is needed to explore the south coast beaches, taxis are pricey. Carl shared info about rental options too.

This place was perfect for the 5 of us. The kids loved the pool and my husband loved being able to walk to the beach and go fishing. The space was just as described and the rooms and bathrooms were very spacious. It is closed to town so it is close to restaurants and gift shops. Can’t wait to go back!

Lovely place, great view, very comfortable. Dealing with our hostess Danielle and property manager Victor was always easy. They are very responsive, and for people like us, who'd never been to Vieques before, this was hugely helpful. When we were there (in August) PR was very hot & humid. The comfortable accommodations, the little pool & strong AC were very welcome! The view from the patio is gorgeous. We used the well stocked kitchen, cooked on the grill, and loved the view of the water. The beds are super comfortable. One thing I wish I'd understood before I booked is where Isabel II is in relation to most of the fun visitor activities on the Island. This house is on the north coast and most of the great beaches are on the south coast. We drove our golf cart across the island many times - it wasn't a huge issue, but I wish I'd understood the lay of island before booking this relatively expensive place. Also, the local roosters crow every morning very early and they are... loud.

Everything was as described. Beautiful sorroundings and premises. The hosts were great and attentive. We would stay there again. Very nice.

I had a wonderful stay — the location couldn't be better, situated just steps away from the beach. The room itself was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged, offering plenty of room to relax. One of the highlights was the private balcony with a stunning view of the ocean — the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind at sunset. The sound of the waves and the fresh sea breeze made the entire experience feel truly refreshing and memorable.

Warning: do not book this property unless you have a jeep or UTV booked! The roads to access this place are rough and many taxis won’t do the journey, and those who will charge a small fortune to do so. It’s not in walking distance to anything so you’ll be stuck if you don’t have a car. We learned this the hard way. Now that that’s out of the way, the house is great! Pictures are super accurate - it’s small but was doable for 4 of us for a few days (2 adults, 2 kids). The view is incredible and the deck is glorious. The towels and sheets are shockingly soft, and all the beds and everything were really comfy. They have beach cooler and chairs, and plenty of bath and beach towels. The kitchen has all the basic tools you’d need. Great fans and air conditioning to keep you as cool as you want. The water pressure is pretty low, but plenty of hot water to unwind after a day at the beach and you can shower with the view! The host was responsive and helpful. Felt very safe and homey.

Los Cocos was the perfect getaway for a week. The home sits right on the ocean, and the first thing you notice upon arrival is the soothing sound of the waves. Rene welcomed us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the property. The house was spotless and just the right size for the two of us. Inside, the home features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The furniture is comfortable and well-maintained, and the kitchen had everything we needed, though we only cooked breakfast. The house has one bathroom, which was in great working order. The two bedrooms are located off the main living space. While there’s no air conditioning, the ocean breeze keeps things comfortable most of the time. One night was particularly still, making it a bit warm for sleeping, but there are plenty of fans to help keep cool. The outdoor space is where we spent most of our time. There’s ample seating, along with two hammocks. The beach was an incredible bonus—we spent hours relaxing by the water

Michelle's place in Culebra exceeded our expectations in every way. this is perfect for Solo traveler or lovers. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that she is dedicated to providing an outstanding guest experience. We loved our stay at CasaLinda. It was peaceful and beautiful. We loved listening to the ocean. We were there during the full moon and it was amazing. The house had all the amenities we were looking for. Close to town and easy to get to all of the beautiful beaches in Vieques. Denise, Annette and Melyssa we’re fabulous hosts. Very easy to communicate with when needed. We’re looking forward to another visit.
