We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. Aan de andere kant van de dijk zijn uitgestrekte uiterwaarden, daarachter ligt de rivier de Nederrijn. B&B Bij Bokkie ligt direct aan de lange-afstand-wandelpaden zoals het Maarten van Rossumpad en het Limespad, maar ook langs verschillende fietsroutes. Gesitueerd in het midden van het land vlakbij sfeervolle stadjes als Wijk bij Duurstede en Buren. Geniet hier van bloesem en heerlijk fruit.

Around the corner you walk into the forest and also you can find within a walking distance the park, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Busses to Utrecht, Vianen, trainstaton Driebergen-zeist, Amersfoort, Wijk bij Duurstede and Wageningen are within 2 to 5 min walking distance. It's a 20 min bus ride to Utrecht center ('t Neude). Also close to the central highway (A12).

It is a detached cottage, in the style of the tobacco barns from the area, with a private entrance, lovely bed, kitchen, luxurious NEW bathroom with rain shower and cozy veranda (with wood stove!) and views of the greenery of our backyard. Beautifully located in the National Park de Utrechtse Heuvelrug is B&B de Hoge Zoom, side wing of the country house from 1929. A true pleasure for nature lovers, hikers, cyclists and/or mountain bikers. B&B de Hoge Zoom has a private entrance, living room with Yotul wood stove, fridge, toilet, bathroom and two connected bedrooms upstairs. Wonderfully sunny private terrace, lockable bicycle shed, private parking. From the garden, access to the hiking trails of the National Park.
