Happy vacations by the Baltic Sea - that's what Zingsthus is. Quietly located in a side street, just a few minutes from the beach. Cozy all year - with terrace and sauna. 6 beds & a folding couch allow two families to spend their vacation under one roof. Fancy some beach air, sand digging, birdwatching, surfing salt water; want to feel the wind when cycling and awe at marvelous sunsets ... ? off to Zingsthus! BTW: the name Zingsthus plays with "hus" / house in northern dialects.

For activities there is a beautiful large garden with a forest swing, free steam sauna, outdoor shower and tub, a standup paddle, a paddle boat and 4 bicycles.

The apartment is located in a very quiet location, on the extensive Bodden landscape of Zingst with extensive hiking and cycling trails. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The harbor and the crane observation point are within walking distance. The south-facing terrace offers space to relax and has direct access to the garden. Shopping (discount store, bakery) is within walking distance. Parking space for cars and bicycles is available.

Quiet apartment with balcony

Our apartment (36 square meters) is suitable for a cozy Baltic Sea vacation, ideal for 2 people. A large balcony with an awning invites you to linger outside. Guest parking is available on the premises. Storage facilities for bicycles are also provided. The windows of the living room and bedroom are equipped with shutters and insect screens. No pets allowed in the apartment. In the high season, we usually only rent by the week.

Maritime and lovingly furnished non-smoking apartment (first occupancy 06/20) on the second floor of a 5-party Baltic Sea villa, which has three rooms. There are two free parking spaces right in front of the entrance door. 
The location of the apartment is very central, so you can reach the shopping street with shops, restaurants or bakeries in a few minutes on foot. The beach and sea are also within walking distance.

Welcome to our beautiful apartment, which is centrally located in the center of Zingst. Everything is quick and within walking distance. The beautiful beach and pier are about a 12-minute walk to the beautiful beach and pier. An Edeka and bakery is very close. Various restaurants,shops and bike rentals are just around the corner.
