Das sehr kleine, aber sehr urige und gemütliche Ferienhaus Paula hat 2 Schlafplätze im Schlafboden, ein Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken, WC sowie einen kleinen Wohnraum und eine schöne Küche. Zum Haus gehört eine Terrasse unter dem Walnussbau, ferner ein schöner Garten. Wegen Bettenwechsel in der Saison grundsätzlich 15.00 Uhr Eincheckzeit, 10.00 Uhr Auscheckzeit, geht natürlich auch nach Vereinbarung entspannter! Keine Haustiere, es fallen Extrakosten für Bettwäsche und Strom (im Winter) an.

Wir bieten euch eine helle Ferienwohnung in der ersten Etage eines Zweifamilienhauses mit einem Wohnzimmer, kleiner Küche, einem Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Badewanne und einem kleinen Zimmer mit einem Bett. Das Haus ist 5 min vom Ostseestrand in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. In der Nähe sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Pkw Stellplatz. Kurtaxe wird von der Gemeinde Zingst zusätzlich erhoben und ist nicht im Mietpreis. Kein WLAN.
