Our flat is located within 10min walking distance from the city center/Sunnegga and 15min walking distance from the main train station called 'Zermatt' (of which 5min uphill). Alternatively, you can take a cab (2min) and then walk uphill (5min).

Located at the ground floor of a 4-story building, west facing, this studio sleeps 3 adults. 90 cm bed, a 140 cm sofa bed, 1 futon bed, 1 high table and 4 chairs in the dining area, a small kitchen with 2 electric hobs, kitchen equipment, nespresso machine, stove and fondue pot, raclette machine, bathroom with bathtub, small terrace. Pool, parking, local skis.

Studio with views of the valley and mountains. The cozily furnished apartment is on the first floor with direct access to the seating area and parking. In the living room and bedroom there are 2 foldaway beds, a sofa bed, a dining table with 4 chairs, a bookshelf with TV and the cupboard. From the living room you have a magnificent view of the mountains. The landlords live in the basement and are also there when you arrive.

A ski slope connects the Grimentz ski area to St Jean. The studio is on the lower floor of an authentic junk. A small functional kitchen and a pull-out bed (2x90/200)
