Family-friendly vacation rentals in Zihuatanejo

This is our 3rd stay in Michael's Villa. We have stayed in plenty of places in Mexico over the years and this is the most beautiful, peaceful and picturesque place of all. Micheal is super attentive to any needs and quick to respond. The pictures of the Villa are 100% accurate and we will be returning again. Although we have never met, I consider Michael a friend!

A very nice and family friendly place. Ideal for resting and spending time with family. First-class service, a very nice stay if you're looking to get away from the hustle and bustle and listen to the sea. We'll definitely be back.

We had a great two month stay. Marina del Sol does not disappoint. Lovely property and friendly people. Alex and Karen always respond quickly to any questions. Several upgrades to the suite like the new fridge, double bed in 2nd bedroom with new bedding and lots of new hangers are appreciated.

The house is spectacular ! Herminia, Marisol, Leticia and Gerardo great people, very friendly always attentive and above all super friendly It's the house is super quiet and has everything you need ! Herminia cuisine exquisite do not forget to try the fish cella is very rich ! Having the beach a few steps away is a luxury ! We touched incredible days to swim!! And the tennis court is an extra luxury! It is very much enjoyed! Maybe it would only lack lighting to be able to play at night ! But truly Cristóbal and all his team are great people and above all they make you feel at home Thank you for everything !! We had a great time and I would definitely spend my vacation with them again!

We absolutely loved our stay. The view was so beautiful. Beds and pillows were very comfy! It was our first time with an AirBnB and it did not disappoint. The only drawback was water pressure, and that is something that Ali & Matt can’t control. If you’re looking for a beautiful view of the ocean, a serene and comfy place to stay, this is definitely the place for you. If you don’t like a lot of steps, might not be your place. We absolutely loved it!!

The place is as described, a very quiet condominium, ideal for resting and with everything you need for a good stay. The location has everything you need within a very comfortable distance. My family and I had a great time, we will definitely be back and would recommend it without a problem. My only recommendation would be to change the pillows, which I found a little uncomfortable. Everything else was excellent.

The subdivision is three blocks from the restaurant area, it is very quiet, everything is clean, the apartment was more than enough for the occupants, very spacious, and as it is on the top floor, there were no noises from the other apartments, everything is very organized, it has the equipment that it advertises, the host and his co-host always provide excellent service and are always in contact. Thank you.

Ricardo was very friendly and responsive when we had any questions about the condo and the area. The condo was absolutely gorgeous and the view from the balcony is amazing. The building is in a quiet location and the beds were very comfortable. This condo is perfect if you are travelling with other couples or a large family… there is plenty of room for everyone. One thing to note is if you have mobility issues you might find it hard to get around. There are stairs leading to the lower level bedrooms and the hike to the main gate is all up hill although you can get a taxi to pick you up right by your condo. There is also a short walk down a rocky path to get to the beach so you definitely need to wear some sort of footwear. The beach at Las Brisas was never overcrowded and you can get food and bar service there if you pay with $. We spent quite a few days there enjoying the beach and swimming in the ocean. I would highly recommend Ricardo’s condo and would love to go back there someday.

Shelley’s place is exactly as described. It is a wonderful place to watch and listen to the waves. The beach is beautiful, very clean, and great to walk. It is peaceful and not at all overrun with tourists, which makes it feel secluded and safe. One thing that is not mentioned in other reviews is that the house is directly behind the airport. When planes take off is can be quite startling the first few times you hear it, as they are very close when flying over the house. The good news is that it takes less than 30 seconds for them to get out over the ocean and then the noise is gone. It took a little while to get used to it, but once we did it became a non issue. Plus the fact the the flights are few and far between and do not happen early in the morning or late at night makes it even more tolerable. It would not keep us from returning!

Our family of 4 had a fantastic time at Rebecca's place. We had plenty of room, plenty of amenities and the view was perfect. What a treat to fall asleep to the sound of waves and wake up to the gorgeous beach view. The location was not only so close to the beach but also a very easy walk to vendors, restaurants, cafes, grocery shopping. The location had nice, pristine pools and a beautifully kept residential area. The beds were comfortable and everything was nicely decorated; the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals should we want to. We will definitely be back here!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos: very spacious, comfortable and perfect for a few days of rest. Gloria, our host, was always attentive before and during our stay, which made everything even easier. It is located in a very quiet and safe area, ideal for relaxing, and the sunset views are simply breathtaking. The house comes with everything you need for a long stay, from an equipped kitchen to cozy spaces to rest. Without a doubt, an excellent option to disconnect and enjoy with total comfort.

Great place to stay at Ixtapa

In general, the place is very comfortable, very safe and very well located. This is a very good combination, we had an incredible time. The point of the $350 charge per person upon arrival is important.

Great home and exceeded expectations. Great communication and an offer to be picked up through Miguel at the airport. Miguel then gave a great orientation to the property that was welcoming and helped save a lot of time for the stay. Pool is amazing. A fabulous experience. Thank you!

The place is amazing and the facilities are very comfortable.

Lovely relaxing space with hot shower and good internet for working. Very simple space, which I loved. You can hear the ocean and there’s lots of creature activity. If you are a person who needs a lot of modern amenities and an insect-free space, stay somewhere else. This bungalow is for more relaxed folks looking for a simpler getaway.

Beautiful, comfortable house. Private, quiet and safe area. The street is not named so it took a few minutes to find the first time. We had Google move the address provided to the gate you need to drive through so should be easier for future visitors. It's the only house on the street. Easiest to rent a car here. Restaurants and beaches are close but not close enough to want to walk in the June heat. Gabino, the caretaker, lives in an apartment downstairs and is always available when needed. For the price, we expected things to operate without us needing to ask like turning the hot water on, fixing the dishwasher, A/C units and wifi. We had a lot of cold showers, loud or leaking A/C units and wifi too slow to watch a video or open a webpage but Gabino miraculously fixed everything when asked. We should have asked for fixes much sooner. The pool is the perfect depth for kids and is right outside the living room which is amazing for watching them easily. Overall a great stay!
