From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Quiet city apartment

The apartment is located in a 300-year-old half-timbered house on the 1st floor. It is very spacious (65 sqm) and absolutely quiet despite being close to the center. The renovation was done from an ecological point of view. Due to the old clay walls painted with glue paint, there is a natural indoor climate, but they need special ventilation rules that the tenant must abide by. There is no TV, Wi-Fi is available. When the weather is nice, a sitting area in the garden can be used.

The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. Our holiday home is located directly on the Ziegelsee. An absolute place of longing in nature! It has been completed in 2021. Very nice natural stone floor below, top wooden floor , floor heating functional kitchen, Miele dishwasher. We have a washing machine with dryer. The terrace is generously covered. Of course, there is sun and insect protection. The plot is has over 3000 sqm. We have our own lake access with jetty. The lake invites you to swim.

We had a really great vacation at Lisa's place. Very nice location overlooking the lake. The garden was also very nicely landscaped and you were welcome to linger there. Lisa is a great host and also gives good tips. We gladly recommend the accommodation and thank you for letting us stay there. We were very pleased with the apartment. You have privacy, you really don't hear anything from the many neighbors and there is enough space despite the fact that it is only one room. The balcony is perfect for admiring the sunrise directly over the sea. And the surroundings are really beautiful! What we didn't know before: There is no oven, no freezer and no possibility to ventilate. The only window is basically the door to the balcony, which doesn't provide much cooling in the room. Air conditioning would be a dream. At the end of May, however, it was still bearable for us. Overall, a great relaxing vacation and definitely a recommended apartment on the Baltic Sea!

The apartment was within walking distance of the train station. The location was very quiet. I highly recommend the apartment for a stay in Schwerin. We felt very comfortable for the 3 days. There is also a folder with tips for excursions, etc. I liked it very much. We will be happy to come back.
