Condo vacation rentals in Zemun

I stayed at Vladan's place for 3 nights with 2 of my friends. The apartment was fantastic - great living room, kitchen was well equipped, bathroom was clean and great views from the balcony. A lot of natural light during the day, quiet street during the night. Vladan was extremly friendly, very easy to communicate with and always fast to reply to any messages. We will be back for sure!

Branislav is an amazing, nice and caring host! The apartment is pretty, squeaky clean with the most beautiful view of Danube. It’s very practical that we had a parking spot on the premises because it’s not that easy to get one in Belgrade. We enjoyed the stay very much and will definitely book only his apartment in the future. I already look forward to it!

Very cozy place with everything we need. Locate in Novi Beograd, it was green and peaceful, with great connection to city centre. We loved everything about the apartment, it is just as beautiful as photos. Miroslav is amazing host, who always was there for us to help out. Also he made bely karton (tourist registration), which was very helpful of him. Will be happy to come back again.

Belgrad şehir merkezine çok yakındı. Eski, güzel bir yapının içinde modern, avlusu da olan, 2 banyolu, çamaşır ve kurutma makinelerinin bulunduğu, 4-5 kişinin rahatça konaklayabileceği bir evdi. Yüksek tavanlı, ferah bir mekândı. Evde yemek yapılabilecek mutfak araçları, temizlik malzemeleri de mevcuttu. Ev sahibi ilgiliydi, ev de çok temizdi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Morao sam u kratkom roku da pronadjem smestaj za brata i snajku, njihov utisak je da su domaćini veoma prijatni i dragi, predusretljivi i dostupni. Stan je jako lep i komforan, sve preporuke.

Квартира на крыше в прекрасном месте в Земуне. Потрясающий вид на город и на закаты. Сами апарты не супер новые, но очень уютные. Внутри стоят две югославские печки-грелки, которые за ночь очень хорошо нагреваются и весь день держат тепло. Мне было хорошо, уютно и по домашнему. Единственный нюанс, что надо высоко подниматься

A very spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment right in the centre of Belgrade. Secure parking in the building. Stefan and his father were extremely helpful and welcoming and very responsive. Highly recommended.

The location is great, walking distance to a supermarket and shopping centre. Milo’s is an amazing host, super responsive and kind. The apartment is clean with a good AC and washing machine. I would recommend staying here :)

The B&B is in a prime location with convenient transportation. There are many tram and bus lines at the street corner, and there are supermarkets and grocery stores nearby. The owner Hristina greeted us with a smile and warm hospitality. She helped us move our luggages into the house and explained the use of the equipment in detaisl. Thank you very much. The B&B is clean and comfortable, with complete equipment and facilities. The shower water source is sufficient and there is enough hot water, which makes us feel at home during this stay. I highly recommend staying in this B&B. When leaving, Hristine helped us call a taxi to the airport, which I am very grateful for.

Room is not big but Radmila alrtady mentioned about that. Bed and bathroom were clean. Radmila gave her number to call if I need her then she never disturb me. Location is very good. I recommend it.

Wir sind sehr froh für unseren Mädls-Trip die Wohnung von Teodora gefunden zu haben. Die Unterkunft war für unseren Kurztrip perfekt. Gute Lage für Ausflüge, gute Frühstücks- und Essenslokale und kleine Supermärkte in Gehnähe. Die Unterkunft war genauso wie in den Bildern und in der Beschreibung beschrieben. Sauber, geräumig und gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Jedes Schlafzimmer hatte ein eigenes Badezimmer, das war perfekt. Teodora war eine tolle Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank Teodora, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten ein paar tolle Tage bei dir. Wir würden definitiv wieder buchen 😊

It is a quiet oasis in the centre of the city, fresh and nice. The beds are comfortable, the yard is beautiful.

Nikola is a great host, he had thought about everything and provided crystal clear instructions so I had no problem checking in. The place was incredibly clean and tidy. He also recommended me great places, so it was more than a regular Airbnb experience. Definitely recommend 👍

Dejan iyi ve ilgili bir ev sahibi, ev tertemiz. Çarşaflar, banyo pırıl pırıl. Bizim kaldığımız apart diyeyim çünkü burası yazan villanın tamamı değil. Alt katta annesi kalıyor galiba üst çatı da iki apart şeklinde ayrılmış. Ben kiralarken yanlış anlamışım onun dışında hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Keyifli bir konaklama idi. Teşekkür ederiz.

We had a wonderful time in the right wing. The house is extremely spacious, with a beautiful garden and view. The kids really enjoyed the billiards room. Jasmina was an incredibly welcoming host who waited for us with coffee and homemade cake. The location is off a small road, but the signs are well marked and it is easy to find. Getting to town is about a 15 minute drive. Staff is on sight 24/7 to help with anything but at the same time completely unobtrusive so you have the whole enormous place to yourself. The hosts were incredibly accommodating with any requests. I would highly recommend staying at Saga Paradiso and will certainly come back when it is nicer weather!

This was our second stay at Felix's place for the winter holidays, and it was just as wonderful as the first. It's hard to imagine a more convenient location or a more responsive host. Everything was absolutely perfect, as expected. Felix's attention to detail and the thoughtful welcome touches truly made our stay extra special.

We spent 50 great days in Zemun. It’s an vintage building, some things should be upgraded, but all works. The description needs clarifying, that would be helpful for future guests. Two apartments are collectively described, still not in details, like there are 25 stairs to the apartment and no cleaning service. The host and her family are very kind and friendly, they were right there if we needed something. It was a great experience and we would be happy to stay there again.

Dragan is an excellent host. He answered texts very quickly and was responsive to any requests or issues. When there were a few items missing, we got them the next morning! He cares about his property and wants to make sure the guests are happy! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The stay was great, and the apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and very modern. Additionally, it was in a great location, with everything within reach, including shops. It was quiet, and I had a wonderful time. The hosts were also very attentive.
