Landhaus Birka - a family dream

Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to the size of a VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn runs not far from the apartment to the island of Usedom, as well as bus connections.

This is a beautiful, 175qm large luxury holiday house-built in 2016 on a 900 sqm large, fenced plot. It's located on WOLIN island (Western Polish Baltic coast),10km east from Miedzyzdroje. You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. The beach itself: wide, wide, long, white sandy beach. In the house: a fire place+ sauna and 5 bed rooms (4 x double bed + 1 room with 2 bunk beds for kids)

Haus Ilsenburg is a simple but comfortable holiday cottage close to the beach at Koserow on Usedom. It's ideal for relaxed family holidays, quiet couple time or activity holidays. Haus Ilsenburg has 3 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a generous dining and living area with wood burning stove. Outside there is a woodland garden with a covered outside terrace . The beautiful Steilküste and it's long sandy beaches is 15 minutes walk away, along quiet wooded trails.

Best location in Zinnowitz on the Glienberg. Our ocean steamer apartment is located directly on the impressive beech forest through which a short path leads to the beach. Apartment with distant views, to the south and west, quietly located, away from the hustle and bustle, yet in 5 minutes walking distance to the center and the beach! FeWo Ostseeglück in Karlshagen, Usedom Island

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

Usedom - ground floor apartment near the beach with Wi-Fi

Comfortable, spacious apartment (about 85 m²) for every season with fireplace, underfloor heating and free Wi-Fi. In our large, well-equipped and integrated kitchen, all hobby cooks will feel comfortable. The apartment is close to the beach (about 500 m and within walking distance), quiet and has a large south terrace with balcony furniture. 2 bedrooms complete the offer for 2 - 5 people.

Vacation bungalow on Usedom

The winter-proof bungalow can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The farm has the cats Minky and Moppel. The cabinet bed is a small double bed with dimensions of 1.40 m x 2.00 m. Breakfast is NOT included. The neighborhood is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE. It is NOT rented to dog owners. The house and property are not suitable for infants as there is a small garden pond near the cottage.
