Residential area surrounded by greenery, very quiet, shops, lounge bar, pizzeria and supermarket within walking distance in a few minutes. Bus to Venice is 300 m away.

The bedroom is spacious with en-suite bathroom, new double bed, large wardrobe, and sofa. transport to Venice and the Mestre train station is very close. My prices are based on persons per night because I hate to penalize single travellers so please book for the right number of people. We have self check-in but if you prefer to mee a person to show your document you have to pay an extra service.
