Perfekt liten leiligheten for et par. Har akkurat det man trenger. Stedet ligger et par minutter gange unna strand og en liten matbutikk, samt restauranter innenfor gangavstand. Martina var veldig rask til å svare og behjelpelig når det gjaldt ting vi trengte og tips og anbefalinger i nærområdet. Anbefales varmt og vi kommer tilbake.

The house is absolutely stunning and in such a wondeful spot in the bay. We stayed with four friends and had a lovely time. Crystal clear water just a few steps down from the house, large terrace with great views and an ourdoor kitchen. The house is clean and has everything you need. You will need a car to get around but there are shops in close driving distance and a few nice restaurants in walking distance. Tea was really quick to respond and very friendly. We would definitely come back! Thank you, Tea :-)

Toni and his wife, Paula truly do open their home to guests as this is their home you are fortunate enough to rent which they vacate for the summer to share with visitors. It is clean and comfortable with two bathrooms and great showers and a washer where the sun dries your clothes! The location backs up to the water and a boardwalk which takes you into Old Town Trogir in 5 minutes and also puts you close to tour pick up locations and buses and markets and boat rides and beaches. Toni not only arranged for our transportation from another area of Croatia, but also waited for us outside his house even though it was late at night. He gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and better than that, he prepared Peka for us, a traditional meal made in a stone oven in his gorgeous backyard where we could try anything that was ripe! He is a funny, generous host who made our experience memorable. Stay here when you travel to Trogir!

Josipa’s incredible space is only matched by her warm, wonderful hospitality. We were floored when we saw the views—exactly as stunning as the photos promised—but even more impressed with the intentional style + atmosphere of the impeccable space she has created. We were so glad we got to meet her in person and chat a bit, she is a ray of sunshine and warmth and made us feel so welcomed. The hardest part was leaving—especially after coming home to the apartment to find the sweetest bowl of fresh cherries she’d left for us. A very very special place.

The proximity to the beach was brilliant- it was very clean and lovely to snorkel and saw lots of fish. It was close to Split and Trogir and Krka, all of which we would recommend. We weren’t really bothered by the proximity to the airport- couldn’t hear it at all inside. The outdoor space was lovely in the dappled shade of the olive trees. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Die Unterkunft war einfach der Hammer. Sah auf den Bildern schon super aus aber in persona sogar noch viel besser. Der Strand +Strandbar und kleines Restaurant quasi direkt vor der Tür (2min zu Fuß). Super sauber alles. Außerdem wurde der großartige Pool alles 3 Tage von den Vermietern kurz gereinigt. Helena hat auch noch lokale Restaurants und Supermärkte empfohlen was sehr geholfen hat. Der Flughafen ist auch in Laufnähe (10min) aber man hört trotzdem kaum etwas von den Flugzeugen. Grundsätzlich hat man auch seine Ruhe und wird von niemandem gestört. Ich kann diese Unterkunft, sowie Helena als Gastgeberin, total empfehlen und würde selber auch immer wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

Great host, friendly, accommodating etc. I managed to chip a plate and he said not to worry about it. When we needed e.g. new sponges/binbags etc host provided them quickly (next day if the request was late evening, same evening if the request was by the afternoon)

Nina’s apartment is the place where we immediately felt like home. The kitchen, the bathroom, the living room were well equipped and everything was perfectly clean. We travelled with a 1 year old baby and I can say that the apartment was very well-equipped with baby crib, highchair, baby cutlery, washing-machine so everything which was necessary for the families with little baby/toddler. We also travelled with a dog, Nina provided a little bed and some snacks for him which was very cute. Never experienced such a nice attitude in an airbnb. Some words about the place. We wanted to stay at this part of the island. It’s very peaceful, the nicest beach is just from a few minutes walk, the view was just amazing from the terrace. This is the most natural part of Ciovo with wild beaches and crystal clear water. And Nina…She’s one of the nicest person and the most friendly host we have ever met. She’s very communicative, kind and helpful. We recommend this place to everyone. Hvala Nina :)

⭐️ Perfect Stay in Okrug Gornji – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic stay at Marina and Ivan’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and service-minded—truly wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. Jelena is a kind and responsive host. The apartment is spotless, comfortable, she keeps it up so well. There were goodies waiting for us in the room, and she even offers to take you to the airport if needed. The apartment has a nice view of the beach and is only a pleasant walk to Trogir. Apartment very close to the beach. Easy walk to supermarket (500 mtrs) local bar by lovely beach and clear, blue water (300 mtrs). Ferry from Slatine (taxi ride) to historic Split recommend, also Roman town of Trogir, 10 minutes away. Many fab restaurants, markets and sightseeing. Split Airport about 15 mins from apartment so super convenient. Apartment is comfortable with lovely outside space and reasonably priced.

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick war genial. Ruhige Lage und schöner, kleiner Strand nur wenige Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus. Ante war ein super Gastgeber. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir können das Appartement auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Das Apartment von Neda ist so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Es ist eine top Lage und man hat auch seine Ruhe. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und hatte auch eine super tolle Ausstattung. Die Zeit wo wir da verbracht haben war sehr schön auch allein durch das Apartment und natürlich der Balkon und das man nur wenige Schritte brauchte um am Meer zu sein. Wir können diese Apartment von Neda nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir schließen uns allen positiven Bewertungen an. Ivana ist die beste Gastgeberin, die wie je kennenlernen durften, ebenso wie Billy und die Katze. Die Wohnung ist total gemütlich eingerichtet, es fehlt einem an nichts. Wir hatten sogar eine Flasche Wasser, selbstgebackenen Kuchen und frische Kirschen vorgefunden. Gut fanden wir, dass es sowohl Federkissen als auch Wattekissen gab. Die Außenküche ist traumhaft und mit allem ausgestattet. Das Highlight ist natürlich die große Terrasse mit einem wundervollen Ausblick auf die Bucht. Es gab so viele schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten. Billy hat uns gern ins Dorf begleitet und war unserem alten Hund gegenüber und generell absolut nicht aufdringlich. Man muss ihn einfach lieb haben. Der Abschied ist uns schwer gefallen - danke für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung bei Trogir sehr genossen. Die Lage ist hervorragend – ruhig und dennoch zentral, mit Supermarkt und Apotheke in nur fünf Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr komfortabel, insbesondere die Betten haben uns überzeugt. Das absolute Highlight ist jedoch die großzügige Terrasse mit einer grandiosen Aussicht – besonders beim Frühstück oder Abendessen ein echtes Erlebnis. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer kleinen Wanne ausgestattet, was das Duschen zunächst etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig machte. Mit ein wenig Übung war das jedoch kein Problem und hat unser Urlaubserlebnis keineswegs negativ beeinflusst. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Auffahrt zur Unterkunft ist, wie bereits in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt, ziemlich steil – sieht jedoch schlimmer aus, als sie tatsächlich ist. Auch mit einem Kombi war sie problemlos zu bewältigen und wurde schnell zur Routine auf dem Weg zu unseren Ausflüge

Apartamento grande, muito confortável, com estacionamento, muito perto da ponte para a cidade velha. A anfitriã é extremamente delicada e gentil.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Es ist alles so wie beschrieben und die Komminikation ist sehr gut! Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Perfekte, vollständig ausgestattete Unterkunft. Sogar verschiedenste Waschmittel lagen parat, ebenso Grundlagen der Küche wie Kaffee, Zucker, Öle, Essig usw. Die Lage zwischen Supermarkt und Strand ist ein Traum. Alles modern, sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Die Bilder in der Wohnung sind ungewöhnlich und einen Blick wert 🤭. Bis auf den Parkplatz ist auch alles total unkompliziert. Um zum Parkplatz auf dem Innenhof zu gelangen, am besten in der Einbahnstraße gegen den Strich fahren wie die Einheimischen 😉 Kroatien ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert, Split besonders, und diese Unterkunft kann ich nur empfehlen 👍.

Gut eingerichtetes und sauberes Apartment. Die Kommunikation war super und die Gastgeber stets bemüht schnell zu antworten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen! 🙏

Жила месяц, весь апрель, работа дистанционно и отдыхала. Было все отлично для проживания и работы. Все было в апартаменте для продолжительного проживания : вся необходимая кухонная техника, много посуды, столовых приборов, стиральная машина, утюг, рабочая зона с предоставлением большого дисплея, офисное удобное кресло, отличный интернет. Квартира очень уютная, чистая с хорошим дизайном, отдельная спальня с окном. Хозяин Михо всегда на связи и по любым вопросам отвечает оперативно. Квартира видовая, я каждый вечер ужинала с видом на закат. Расположение на 10 балов. Пляж рядом и при этом можно прогуляться по острову и выходить на множество расположенных там пляжей. Мне место очень понравилось и можно было делать пешие прогулки по острову там таких мест много , ты живешь при этом как бы в деревушке в тихом месте, но пройдешь 20 минут и ты в красивейшем средневековом городе Трогир очень красивый, белоснежный с узкими улочками на которых множество ресторанов и кафе, набережная с яхтами

This was the PERFECT place to stay in Split. The location was ideal for us — close enough to walk easily to town, but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. Easy access to the beach. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with a view we will never forget. Igor was a wonderful host, very kind and helpful, and gave us some wonderful recommendations for food and drinks in town! Highly recommend and hope we can make it back someday.
